Ripples of Fantasy 7: Mako Awakening|PART II (Shun/Ethar)

[Shun]

"ETHAR! l-let me attempt to do something..." said Aeris as she ventured up before Ethar as he is using amazing power to destroy this mechanical monstricity and held out her staff, "Heal Heal!!"

"Ethar maaane!!! you're a life saver!" yelled Barret.

Aeris focused on the healing materia in her staff while Barret was caught up with discharging at the Hundred Gunner's side weapons so that Aeris would not be shot and a green light shot out of Aeris' staff and made an immediate hit on Ethar.

"Did it work?" asked Barret.

"Appears to be so, Ethar isnt healing much from your feeble attempts but he should be a bit well, or at least his pain is numbed" said Red before paying heed to what the Hundred Gunner was doing, "hold up, it is changing its methodology!"

The group look as the upper piece of the Hundred Gunner moved and a gun was shaped at its front.

"If that thing hits us, we're history!" shouted Barret before glancing over to one side at Aerith, "Aerith, keep healing Ethar! In case we're snappy, we may have what it takes to stop him."

"Got it." Aerith nodded focusing more of her healing on Ethar.

The following moment or so comprised of Aeris hurriedly shooting many heal spells at Ethar while Barret proceeded with his attack of projectiles with Red throwing fireballs at whatever point he saw the open door. Before the end, the Hundred Gunner appeared to be extremely harmed, yet at the same time working, while Aeris was inclining toward her staff and breathing intensely.

"Ugh, I c-can't cast any longer. It's getting difficult!" she shouted as sweat drops tumbled from her brow to the lift floor.

Barret hoped to see the opening of the gun beginning to sparkle yellow before reviling and venturing into his pocket, hauling out an ether.

"Aeris here, drink this," he said as he held the vial of shaded liquid to her mouth.

Aeris rushed to grab hold of the vial and swallowed down the liquid right away before backpedaling to inclining toward her staff.

"Much appreciated Barret," she said as she remained on her feet afresh, "we should let Ethar... Finish... him."

Aeris strolled near the edge of the lift and held out her hands before her, her staff held firmly with the finishes to her sides. She began to think and the green materia begun to gleam as a ball which appeared to be made of power gradually showed up before her. Focusing much more, she discharged her staff, yet as opposed to dropping, it remained suspended in mid-air. Aeris then proceeded by conveying her hands nearer to her chest before raising them over her head. To Barret and Red's shock, it appeared that Aeris herself was gently suspending also, her feet gradually ascending about a large portion of a meter from the ground. Not squandering any further time, Aeris rapidly shot her hands forward and sent the green ball flying toward Ethar.

"Finish... him.." Aeris falls to her knees and looks up towards ethar.

Back to the top platform, Cloud's eyes jump as the sight of the summers/seph... Rufus jerks his head back, "YOU WERE HERE THIS WHOLE... time..." He aims his gun at Summers, he instant transmissions behind her, aiming his gun at her head, "It was nice to finally meet you."

[Ethar Luxun]

Feeling healing spells hit him, Ethar quickly looked back t oAeries and the others. "Dont worry about healing me, Im perfectly fine. Your just wasting magicka!" He said, but hearing Aeris's voice, he sighed since she had given it her all to heal his wound that had pretty much healed up just fine since his sleep in the jail cell.

"Thats it, This thing is mechanical! Anyone got a lightning Materia that I can use?" Ethar asked, as he started to throw multiple blasts of energy into the bot's body, hoping to do even more damage. He was too unfocused to use his own storm magic, so he hoped that a lightning materia could jump start his powers, and he could finish the bot off quickly.

Summers saw Rufus vanish, as she started to look around for him. But when she heard his voice behind her, she turned around, and saw the gun pointed right into the illusions face. "Dont waste this chance Shun. Hit him quickly...." She thought. When she had turned around, she exposed her demon wings to Shun, cloud and the Dark Nation creature. Revealing that the Sephiroth they were seeing, was a fake, and was indeed Summers. Holding up a finger, Summers/Seph suddenly shot whipped cream right up Rufus's nose/face.

[Shun]

The hundred gunner was a moment far from shooting his ultimate gun. In what appeared like a moment, Aeris nodded, using her last reserve of strength and dispensing a yellow orb from her staff and hurling it to Ethar which afterwards had done what he does best, dispatching any foe who threaten the lives of his friends.. bringing about a monstrous electrical blast which sent Aeris flying back; she would have tumbled off the lift had Barret not gotten her in time. Barret and Red needed to stand intense on their feet to not be knocked off themselves. At the point when the light cleared, the four looked forward to see that there was nothing left of the Hundred Gunner or the floor which he had been remaining on.

'Astonishing!' thought Red as he took a gander at Aeris, "Grandpa revealed to me that the Cetra were intense when it came to spells, however, A Noran! even he would have been shocked by that! Pun not intended!"

"That is it, right?" asked Aeris as she stood up.

That spell removed a great deal from me; I didn't realize that Ethar could really do that! Use Materia! to a greater extend than us."

Red was about answer with a positive answer when he discovered sight of something out of his eye.

"No, hold on.. Shun and Cloud from above.."

On top of the Shinra Headquarters, the shockwaves from the blast made Dark Nation lose its balance and fall over. Taking this risk, Cloud surged over, "BRAVER!" and unleashed a Braver assault, parting the mammoth hound in two also the shockwave sending summers flying into Cloud.

"What was that?" asked Shun as he moved once more from Rufus, who was as yet still protected by the Barrier spell.

"It was most likely the others," answered Cloud, "I trust they're alright since Ethar saved them. I hope he saved them."

"DIE SEPHIROTH," said Rufus with mockery as he shot at summers only to have illusion fade, "What?? Thwarted by only a child?."

When he had wrapped up that stated, the guarded spell which had ensured him at long last fell off and his gleam blurred.

"Appears that your little barrier is gone also," said Shun before jumping at Rufus, his fist prepared to strike.

Shun raised his saiyan tail high to the side and push it downwards as he drew near to Rufus, who figured out how to move to the side in the nick of time to evade it, leaving the tail held up. Clutching his fists, Shun utilized Rufus' astonishment further bolstering his good fortune as he conveyed a kick to his side and afterward tailed it up by bouncing up high utilizing his tail to bounce off of and sending a kick to the side of Rufus' face, sending him tumbling to the side.

"You shouldn't have given your shield a chance to go down there Rufus," said Shun with a grin .

"Yes well, see yourself as to be fortunate and lucky today, I only came for the Noran," said Rufus with a smile before investigating at Cloud, "you as well."

With that, Rufus snapped his fingers and another helicopter above him descended. He took hold of the bar and was immediately raised to hanging above Cloud and Shun.

"Ugh, damn you!" shouted Cloud as he held his sword in outrage while Shun basically gazed upwards.

"Well, I believe it's the ideal time for me to withdraw courteous fellows. I want you to enjoy all that life has to offer. Yet, regardless of the possibility that you don't, I'm certain we can discover some utilization for you, remember, Ethar, if you can hear me, you will be Shinra property." said Rufus with an insidious shine in his eyes.

"OH and One additionally thing," said Rufus taking a gander at Shun as he and Cloud were get ready to leave, "What's your name?"

Shun sat tight for a couple of moments before looking at Rufus without flinching and answering.

"It's Shun."

"Well then Shun, 'till we meet once more," were the last words that Rufus talked before his plane took off from the structure to get him to security on one of the structures in the city of Sector Six.

"How about we go.. Cloud, Summers.. I want you to meet some one." said Shun after a bit of silence surrounded them.

"Oh boy Shun, No doubt, the others ought to be sitting tight for us."

They began off toward the entryway when Cloud all of a sudden ceased and remembered something.

"That thing you and Ethar said.. about Sephiroth "knowing..""

Shun strained for a moment before looking at Cloud and answering.

"We can discuss that after we get out."

Back on the lift, Ethar, Aeris, Barret and Red gazed as the little Heli Gunner that slipped down from above from summers assault and halted to stop where the Hundred Gunner and the other lift had beforehand been.

"Alrighty then, I'll give this person a similar treatment," said Aeris as she extended her staff.

In about a moment, a lightning jolt flew out of the tip of her staff, yet shockingly the Heli-Gunner maintained a strategic distance from it effortlessly and started to fly towards her. "I had an extra jolt-materia, heh~"

"What-"

Aerith had no opportunity to complete as she was handled by the little robot and thumped down. Red rushed to thump the flying machine away with a slice before it flew upwards again and begun to avoid Barret's projectiles.

"Ugh, it's too quick!" hollered Barret before the robot handled him as he did Aeris, in spite of the fact that Barret figured out how to remain on his feet.

"Ethar! We need you to shoot the helicopter down foreal forreal!" Yelled barret.

Aeris swung her staff at the robot and figured out how to reach, cutting some of its noticeable wires before the Heli Gunner began turning and flew at her, hitting her hard and almost sending her off the stage. Red attempted to ensure Aeris by seizing the robot, however it quickly spun and thumped him sideways and off of the lift, leaving him scarcely holding tight by his front paws.

"RED!!!" shouted Aeris as she surged towards him and begun to gradually pull him up by his paws.

This had however left her totally helpless and the Heli Gunner had hovered over her, get ready to hit her down with its guns. Barret saw this and realized that he needed to act quick as he amplified his firearm arm and started to rapidly charge a Big Shot assault.
"Man! Ethar! Im sorry to keep callin on ya man but please help us!!!"

[Ethar Luxun]

After the floor and the gunenr had gone, Ethar wa sjust floating in the air where the bot and platform used to be. He landed on the other platform. "Sorry for that, I had to utilize the materia to jumpstart my own electrical magic, since I was more focused on protecting you all. Everyone alright?" He asked, looking at his three friends to ensure they were alright.

Summers giggled uncontrollably on the roof as her ruse had fooled Rufus afterall. "So what if I am a kid? I was talented enough to fool you good." She said as she giggled still.

But then another helicopter arrived and started to evacuate Rufus out of harms ways. She formed cupcakes in her hands, and started to try and hit Rufus with them, but he was out of range very quickly.

"You leave Mister Ethar alone you big meanie!" She said, glaring at Rufus as he made his escape. Once he was gone, Summers quickly hugged SHun tightly, "I am so glad your ok BunBun."

On the lift, Ethar watched as a new machine came down to harass them. "How many of these things are there?" He asked, as he watched the robots movements. It seemed to favoured speed and tried to to assault Aeris with its gun.

"Im getting really pissed with Shinra now!" He said, as he held his hands out, and bolts of lightning sparked out towards the drone. And as Ethar was till powered up, each bolt would cause alot of damage, as Ethar hoped to knock it out of the sky.

[Shun]

/////At the same time////

"Summers, why did you follow us.. its so dangerous out here... especially for you..." Shun said as he held summers up.

Cloud gestured to Shun before they entered the building and headed down the stairs. At the base, they found an exceptionally mitigated Tifa sitting tight for them.

"There you are. What was the deal? Where's my Ethar?" demanded Tifa.

"Rufus escaped, Ethar should be showing up with Aeris, red and barret." said Cloud with a touch of disappointment.

"Shouldn't something be said about that blast?"

"It probably been Ethar and the others," said Shun.

"Better believe it, he went to the lifts to save Aerith."

"In any case, how are we going to escape the building?" asked Tifa.

Right then and there, a light seemed to turn on in Cloud's mind.

"I have it!" he shouted as he kept running off toward the stairs meeting Ethar and grabbing his shoulders.

"What is it?" said Tifa.

"Ethar, can you fly Tifa? That little car wont have enough room for you all especially with Barret riding with you." Asked Cloud, scratching his spiky hair.

"Because Remember, When we came in, there was a blue car in plain view on the main floor, both of you go down there and Shun you need to get in it with the others."

"What will you do?" asked Shun, definitely recognizing what Cloud had at the top of the priority list.

"You'll see," said Cloud with a smile, "I will watch you all while you escape."

That cruiser on the floor above us better have a considerable measure of fuel!

"Go now you guys!" said cloud.

//////////Mean While//////////

The Heli Gunner quickly moved down and was going to pierce Aeris' dress when the impact from Ethar hit it and stole it away into the wall before detonating, annihilating the Heli Gunner completely.

"That was close," said Barret as he headed toward help Aeris to raise Red back onto the stage.

"Ethar, T-Thank you so much," said Aeris with a grin.

"You okay Red?"

Red nods and stretches his back, "I'm fine, we better prepare. We'll be at the base soon."

'That was close; I should be more watchful. The flower girl.. she attempted to save me despite the fact that it almost got her murdered.' Thought Red.

"Ethar? I just want to say thank you," said Red, feeling somewhat uneasy.

"You were great back there! How do you do that sword thing??," asked Aeris essentially while grinning.

In under a moment after the experience with the Heli Gunner, the lift had achieved its goal and the four of them ventured off the stage and headed towards the entryways.

"OK," said Barret as he raised his weapon arm, "Stay here, I'll go see how much trouble we got."

With that he hurried outside to discover his eyes broadening at the sight. The ocean of Shinra troopers appeared to be about endless and almost every one of them had automatic rifles pointed soundly at him. Gradually, he made a few strides once again into the building, bringing down his firearm arm once he had reached Ethar, Aeris and Red.

"Damn it, there's an excessive number of 'em mayne... If I was not the leader of AVALANCE, this wouldn't be an issue, however I have a reputation to secure.."

Aeris strolled forward with a proposal.

"See, it's me that they're after. You can escape on the off chance that I surrender myself. Also, its absolutely impossible that that is going to happen.

"Nah man.. You got yourself into this over Marlene and now we all will secure and protect you." Barret reassured.

"Much appreciated, Mr. Barret," said Aeris with a light chuckle.

Barret became flushed before talking once more, "Maaaaan dont call me sir, makes me sound old or sumthin'"

"Hey, you made it!" came a male voice from behind them.

"ETHAR!!!!!!" Came Tifa with a yell and shriek, running for him and going for a tackle.

Aeris, Ethar, Barret and Red looked behind them to see Tifa and Shun running down the stairs.

[Ethar Luxun]

When Summers was picked up, Shun could easily tell that one of her wings was gibbed, but otherwise uninjured. "I couldnt stay sane letting you go again... PLus, Ethar forgot his Staff... Which I dropped over there." She said, pointing to Ethars wooden staff that was laying on teh roof.

She quickly ran and grabbed the staff, as she quickly ran back to Cloud and Shun, and followed them down stairs until they met Tifa who was waiting for them. "Then I cam in and saved Cloud and Shun! Im a hero to!" Summers said with a big childish grin on her face. "I copied Sephiroth, and I scared Rufus good!" She said, looking proud. When Cloud was talking to Tifa, Summers chimmed in "Of course Ethar can carry Tifa. Hes super strong!"

Elsewhere...

After the Drone exploded, Ethar sighed in relief as the lift slowly came to the base. Aeris thanked Ethar for his help, wit ha grin that actually made him a bit uncomfortable. Why was Aeris grinning at Ethar in the way she was? It seemed odd. Then Red offered his thanks to Ethar, who smiled and nodded "Not a problem.." Then Aeris asked Ethar how he made his Ki sword, and that made him think. "Well, I just manipulated my bodies internet energy. Ill have to show you how its done when we get outta here." He said as they made their way to the main door, and Barret saw an entire ocean of soldiers.

"If you guys want, I can wipe them out... Will take alot of energy, but I can do it." He started to say, then he heard a voice behind the group, and was immediately greet with with a tackle from Tifa. "Oh Miss Lockhart! You are well! Im so glad!" He said, as he gazed past her and saw Shun, Cloud and Summers.

"Oh thank the gods, your all alright!" Ethar said as he smiled brightly. He reached into his pocket, and tossed Shun back his Senzu bean. "This is yours I beleive son. Turns out I didnt need it." He added, as he gazed back into Tifa's eyes, and nuzzled her nose. "I am glad no harm has come to you."

[Shun]

"Shun, you're safe-!" shouted Aeris with please, but then her face goes to confusion, "Who is this cutie? Did the Shinra have her trapped here like us? Hello! I am Aerith but my friends call me Aeris!" she extends a hand to Summers but notices her wing, "Oh no! Did your costume get ripped?" She goes to touch Summers' wing but then stops when Tifa buds in...

"Isn't she soooooo cute!?" Tifa gushes.

Barret interrupts, "Where's Cloud?"

"He'll be here soon," answered Shun as he held Summers close to him

Barret smiles, "heyyyy pip squeak! When did'ja get here?! Man, hol' up we gotta hurry then!"

Aeris nods, "Oh you all know each other?? We will talk later.. lets go.."

Shun, Summers and Tifa begun to stroll towards a stand which had a blue car on it with space on the back,

the others following behind. Tifa ventured into Ethars arms, "I'm gonna catch a flight"

Aerith gets into the driver's seat while Shun got on the back.

"Wait! Shun, Bro, you and the little one get in the seat alongside Aerith and Red will be back here with me." Barret yells, "Hopefully we dont drop out.." Barret assured him.

When everybody was in their place, Aerith begun to drive the car off with Ethar (Hopefully) flying behind them with Tifa in his arms and up the stairs. Shun fixed his hold on summers with hopes that she wouldn't drop out of his lap. After the stairs, the ride appeared to be smooth for a couple of moments when Shun and Ethar saw Cloud descending from an other arrangement of stairs on a Shinra Bike.

"Ready guys?" he asked as he halted in front from the car.

With reverberating gestures from each of his colleagues, Cloud held up as Aerith drove the car ahead and taken after behind with Ethar flying above.

Okay, here goes nothing! thought Aerith as she drove the car through a window and arrived on to the freeway.

Cloud took after directly behind and the Shinra warriors squandered no time in getting on their bikes and following them close behind.

"Ethar! We got some idiots on our six!" Said Cloud as he pulled back his sword and held it to his side, prepared to assault when required.

On top of a building in Sector Six, Rufus remained close to the edge with an unmistakable perspective of the whole roadway.

"This ought to be fascinating!"

[Ethar Luxun]

Summers looked up to Aerith, as she replied "Im Summers. I came here with Mister Ethar and BunBun." as she watched Aerith extend a hand towards her, but seemed to stop for a moment before asking if her 'costume' was ripped. Sighing, Summers replied "Im not wearing a costume. IF your talking about the wing, that is me, and it hurts like a mother fudger..." as she nuzzled into Shun just as Tifa called her cute as well.

A moment later, Barret was talking to her as she looked up to him and said "I came help out. I helped Cloud and bunBun scare away a bad guy by looking like Sephiroth. That, and I sprayed him in the face with whipped cream." as she giggled.

She was hoisted into teh truck on Shuns lap and nuzzled into him. "I can really get used to THIS." She said, winking at Shun as he held her in his lap.

Ethar smiled at Tifa who came forward saying that he was going to carry her. "Miss Lockhart, ID love to carry you. And something tells me, this wont be the last time either." as he smiled. He picked her up with ease, before floating into teh air.

He followed Aeris with Tifa in his arms onto the freeway when Cloud said that they had company behind him. Looking back, he said "Crap.... TIfa, see if you can climb onto my back, I can try to slow them down a bit." as he then looked down to teh truck. He was unsure if Summers could hear him or not, But Ethar yelled "SUMMERS! IF YOU CAN HEAR ME, SEE IF YOU CAN MAKE AN OIL SLICK OR SOMETHING!"

And surprisingly, Summers did hear him.

Looking up to Shun, she asked "Can you let me go for a moment, I have to get into teh back of the truck. I think my whipped cream spray can be helpful here."

[Shun]

Shun sat next to Aeris with summers on his lap, using one hand to cling onto summers and the other to hold the side door closed with hopes that he wouldn't be tossed out. Summers then requested to be let up and Shun reluctantly let her do her thing.  He kept his eyes on Summers who ended up making two of the Shinra riders crash with her whip cream. She seemed to follow orders and complete them without any problems.. He started to grab at her after getting paranoid with her dangling out of the window like that and looked at Cloud and Ethar now with Tifa climbing on his back, who was trailing behind them and looking over his shoulder at the Shinra fighters. There were three more yellow ones and two red ones from what he could see.

"Summers! hehe! You did amazing!~" Aeris reached over to boop her nose, "So you mean.. That wing is a part of you?!"

Shun says, "It's not the time Aeris.. we are going to die if you dont stay focused" He gulps.

Meanwhile, the yellow shinra riders begun to progress forward at a faster pace than the red ones and went straight for Cloud, who rushed to raise his sword. leaning to the right to cut it down, he could make an obvious cross cut over one of the yellow riders and sent them tumbling off of their cruiser. Nonetheless, this had left his other side open and before he could look, he felt a push from that side as he was slammed by one of the other yellow riders. Rapidly raising his sword, Cloud could strike quick and convey a hit to the eyes of the rider effectively slicing them, making his blood block his vision which brought about him tumbling off of his bike like his partner before him. Looking forward from that point forward, Cloud saw the staying yellow rider heading for the truck and accelerated to make up for lost time to him. He was fruitful in that exertion and with a fast cut he sent the last rider off of his vehicle.

"Cloud, behind you!" shouted Shun from the truck-

Cloud looked behind him to see one of the red riders coming specifically at him and backed off to get nearer to him. In any case, what he didn't expect was that the red rider would back off also to lead Cloud after him and far from the truck. Cloud fell for the trap and took after the red rider near the edge of the interstate, smashing him against the side and after that throwing a hard punch which sent the red rider over the edge.

"That deals with him, now where's the other one?" Said Shun in a soft voice.

Shun looked to find the other rider and acknowledged what the red rider had done. He had wanted to make tracks in an opposite direction from the truck while the other one went in for the assault. Seeing the other red rider smashing the truck from the left as Aerith tried to keep control of the wheel, the red shinra man reached out and grabbed for summers, getting hold of her tail while Cloud quickly accelerated to attempt to achieve the truck in time but he was too slow..

Shun is hanging on for dear life..

Tifa, on Ethar's back pointed to the single soldier who is ramming the side of their hooptey truck, "Ethar! Him! Get him before he destroys the truck it looks like he is trying to take summers!"

[Ethar Luxun]

Summers smiled happily that her whipped cream did the trick. "My wing? Both of them are. A bullet hit my wing, so I cant fly anymore until I am healed." She said, as she felt something rock the truck. She looked over, and saw a rider had slammed into them, had pried the door open, and made a grab for her.

"Eek! BunBun!" She cried as its hands reached for her. She tried to climb out of his reach, but as soon as he grabbed her tail, she froze for half a second. But soon she glared at the rider with glowing red eyes, as she held up her hand. Her nails grew into long razor sharp points, as she swiped at the riders head. Connecting with his helmet, the supernaturally sharp claws would cut right in to the helmet like a hot knife through butter, and infact....her swipe would demolish the riders head like it was nothing.

This cause the rider to crash in the middle of the road, blood spraying all over the pavement.

Summers calmed herself down, as her hand dripped in blood, and had shards of plastic and glass in it. Luckily the blood wasnt hers. "No one touches my tail! Unless its BunBun!" She said, looking innocent at Aerith and Shun, like nothing had just happened.

Ethar smiled as the Rider was quickly taken care of. "ITs ok Tifa, Summers is capable of defending herself. Now about those other riders..." He said, facing the others while Tifa held on. Holding up his hands, Ethar quickly threw dozens and dozens of exploding bolts of energy infront of the riders. Hoping to either cuase them to crash, or destroy them.

[Shun]

Cloud himself would not be the person who kill the red rider, as Summers made sure to show no mercy to the rider and sending him off his bike with a spray and shower of blood coating the freeway.

"Are you guys okay?" asked Cloud to Summers and Shun as he got up to speed with them.

"Y-Yeah.. We are fine.. summers.. you were.. great.." Shun gives her a quick embrace then a kiss on her forehead, sitting her back down in his lap, "But please dont scare me like that.. You know I wouldnt be able to go on if I lost..."

"You.." Aerith finish as she took one hand and held one of summers' hands. "You are very brave Summers' I see now why shun-"

"It appears as though we have more coming!" Interrupted Cloud.

To everyones amazement though.. a flurry of electric Ki bolted the pursuing Shinra only for another squad to come up on the sides of the freeway...

Remaining on top of a building in Sector Six though, Rufus was getting a decent perspective of the them escaping on the freeway.

He scoffs, "It would appear that they'll discard every one of the riders... effortlessly with that Noran on their side."

Giving a short murmur, Rufus expelled his mobile phone from his pocket and dialed a number on speed dial, "I figure I should let everybody at the base know what's happening here. All things considered, I am their supervisor and president now- Ah, Hi, Tseng? It's me," said Rufus placidly.

After a whirlwind of question from the opposite side getting some information about his whereabouts and status, Rufus gave answer.

"I'm fine, I came to central command, yet I needed to leave immediately in light of the.. interlopers. For your information Tseng, they're on the roadway right now endeavoring a getaway, and making a decent showing with regards to with it I may include. Something I can't say in regards to the troopers trying to stop them."

Right then and there, more and more yellow riders had some way or another figured out how to move beyond Cloud and Ethar, who was as of now distracted with two red riders which continued evading him, while two other riders kept on smashing the truck from both sides.

"Aargh, I don't know how much longer I can keep this thing up!" cried Aerith, "I could use some more assistance here you all!"

"I'm attempting Aerith, I'm attempting!" shouted Tifa as she attempted to score a hit in with a kick, hanging from Ethars arm, however the rider avoided it.

"Stand aside Tifa, Go back up into Ethar's arms damnit!" said Barret as he pointed his weapon arm and began shooting.

"B-be watchful Barret, don't hit the tires!" hollered Tifa.

"Ugh!" shouted Barret before one of the shots managed to hit one of the tires out on the yellow rider's bike and sent him tumbling down, "YEAAAAH BOI! There we go!"

Aeris right now was managing all alone as her side continued getting slammed with not a single closure of be seen, "I must do.. something!"

and with that idea, she let down the window to her side.

"Aeris, what's going on with you?!" shouted Shun in stun, "Don't go out there!"

"Grab the wheel Bunny, I'll attempt to get at least one of them off our backs," said Aeris as she stuck her head and hand with the fire materia in the bangle outside the window.

Focusing on the materia, she propelled a fireball at the rider, however missed as he moved to one side out of its way and begun to close in. Holding up until the point when he was close, she propelled another fireball which made an immediate hit and the rider was sent taking off of his bike.

"YES!" shouted Aeris joyfully as she sat down and looked at Summers and Shun, "See you guys?"

"Hehe, great job," said Tifa with a grin from above.

"OH! Summers! Can you use more whip cream on one of these guys!?" Shun tapped on her giving her an ALL-Materia, "Focus on this and try to hit them all...."

"Are we near the end?" asked Aeris looking down the road as she takes the wheel again.

"We ought to be there in about a moment or so, we should trust Ethar and Cloud can hold the fighters off until at that point." shouted Tifa as she has a birds eye view.

Red XIII chimes in, "We need to prepare."

Shun looks down at him, "Prepare? For what?"

"You can't see a long way from here, however they're sending something significant after us. It's getting nearer, so be cautious."

"Got it," said Cloud before driving up to Aeris' window.

Aeris cant look back as she is on the wheel again but she shouts, "Ethar! did you deal with the riders?? can you do another Electric Storm???"

[Ethar Luxun]

Summers eeped as Shun squeezed her tighly, and kissed her forehead. "Sorry BunBun. But if I dont atleast fight now and again, I wont get experience to level up." She said as she snuggled into Shun.

The vehicle seemed to take more and more of a beating as Shun suddenly had an idea and handed Summers an materia. Looking at it, she had no idea what to do with it, but luckily shun gave her instructions. Nodding, Summers closed her eyes, and focused on it.

Within moments, all of the bikers in visible range suddenly started to swirve and crash, as Whipped cream poured out of their helmets. Summers was drowning all teh riders in whipped cream. What a gruesome way to go. Bikes crashed into eachother, exploding in balls of fire.

Ethar flew down close to the truck as he heard Red talk about something coming towards them. And it was large.

"Ill take care of whatever it is. Cloud, stay with the truck. Keep everyone safe." He said, as he would attempt to lower Tifa onto the truck. Then he pulled up beside Aerith, and said "Keep driving straight. I dont have alot of energy left, but Ill do what I can to clear your path."

As he then started t ospeed up and pull infront of Aerith. And in teh distance, he saw something massive heading at them.

Then a loud BOOM was heard as Ethar quickly accelerated past the speed of sound, creating a sonic boom as Ethar soared right towards the oncoming threat like a missile. His Aura flared up, as he formed a fist and threw it forwards. HIs punch would connect with teh large bot with enough force that would make a huge crater in the planet if he was punching the ground. Even if the automatron wasnt destroyed by the attack, there would still be enough force to send the damaged entity off of the freeway, and make the way clear for the others.

However, using such force in a single attack cuased Ethar's aura to flame out, as Ethar came crashing onto teh freeway where the boy had been. Getting a bit of road rash on his face, Ethar slowly got up to his feet and panted heavily. "Wow, that was more tiring then I hoped..."

[Shun]

Even more cyclist come up on the group... these guys seem unwavering..

Cloud looks back and looks to Aerith, "Shun has a plan to get rest of them off of our backs. They're not letting us go easily so we'll have need to battle some machine according to Red."

"A Machine?" asked Tifa as she checked over Ethars shoulder before getting a frightened demeanor, "That is not just "some machine," it would seem that it will try run us over. We need to figure out how to stop it before we attack."

And with that Ethar punched the machine with such force it did put a great dent on it.. It was enough to slow it down however.. Ethar would see that they could finish the thing there and now but anything coming from Shinra should not have the right to live and cause terror to others.

Shun leaned into the truck window holding his hand out, "Aeris, put the Ice materia from your staff into my glove, I have a plan."

While Aerith went along, Shun brought Aerith staff up in the back of the truck and focused on his ice materia to make a few ice shots, one for each cyclist before him. Amazingly, it didn't require much exertion.

Focusing further, Shun propelled the shots and to his luck, they all hit their objectives and the troopers tumbled off their cruisers without struggle.

"I did it!" shouted Shun with satisfaction, "And now we need to kill that machine! I only hope Ethar has enough energy left to finish it.."

By this point, Aeris observed the end of the road and put on the brakes. It took the truck around five seconds to stop a healthy distance from the edge on an upward incline and she, Shunbun grabbing summers up escaped the car while Cloud bounced off of his cruiser and the rest hopped off the back of the truck, prepared to battle.

"What do we do now?" asked Shun, "It'll smash us when it arrives."

"Leave that to me," said Tifa as she hopped down from Ethar's arms and strolled forward and clenching her right hand. In spite of the fact that she much better prepared for hand to hand battle, she had tolerable abilities with materia when she needed to use it.

"Perhaps I ought to have paid more attention to Cloud when he gave lessons on materia, in spite of the fact that he wasn't a specialist by any methods..." Tifa joked.

Thinking hard, Tifa made tiny projectiles which shot towards the ground before front of Motor Ball and transformed it into ice. The Motor Ball was not able sense the adjustment in his environment and proceeded forward, yet as the ground bended upwards, it saw that it was not able advance further and begun to slide in reverse. As it was moving down, it put on its brakes and changed shape, bringing its set out above toward a better view.

"OK, you did it Tifa!" yelled Barret, "now what?"

"Well... it shouldn't be able to get to us up here with the ice in its way," remarked Red.

Shun in any case, realized that that was not right though and inside a matter of seconds, the Motor Ball brought down its front body and blazes were discharged, melting the ice quickly.

"Great, now what?" asked Cloud as he fixed his hold on his swords handle.

"We need to use more magic," recommended Red, "the more we harm it before it draws near, the less demanding it will be to overcome and kill it with our weapons."

"Sounds like an plan to me, JOLT!" said Cloud as he augmented his hand and shot a bolt of lightening which made an immediate hit on the Motor Ball.

Tifa took after by propelling ice shots, which were soon joined by Shun's. Aeris was next who begun to shoot a great many bolts at a quick pace at the Motor Ball. Red proceeded with the assault by propelling fireballs and Barret participate also with fireballs of his own.

"We need more magic! Ethar just one more blast! It's not affect by physical blows! Use your ki!" Yelled Cloud.

[Ethar Luxun]

Panting heavily, he heard the voices behind him as he saw cloud and the others launching ranged attacks at the oncoming bot that he only managed to heavily dent.

"My ki... Is out... I used it all in that attack... But I do have magic left." He said, as Summers hopped out of the truck, grabbed Ethar's wooden staff, and ran over to the Noran with it. "Here ya go Mister Ethar. Show that robot what for!" She said, as she ran back to Shun after giving it to Ethar.

Gripping his staff, Ethar smiled as he held his staff to the sky. "Furor impius tempestas!" He said, before a bolt of electricity shot up into the sky and vanished. For a moment, it seemed like nothing happen.

But the sky quickly darkened as black clouds formed all over the sky. Thunder boomed. And rain began to pour down over the entire area. Small bolts of lighting burst from the clouds in seemingly random places. And as Motor Ball got closer, Several MASSIVE lightning bolts found the bot to be a effective conductor, and struck the bot repeatedly, giving off quite the impressive lightning show.

New Technique:
Furor Impius Tempestas - (Aka Storm Fury). A Noran magic spell that allows the user to temporarily summon a powerful environmental Phenomenon based on the users magical abilities. For Ethar, He had storms powers which can be used to form a powerful, but SmaLL lightning storm. But as the lightning is real lighting, it will only be attracted by the tallest object around ,or tall metallic objects. Storm lasts for 3 posts. Cannot be used indoors.

[Shun]

As the assault proceeded, the Motor Ball started to gradually move back... That blow from Ethar practically immobilized it for a bit... it starts to turn around..

"It's tryna run yall, follow it!" hollered Barret.

Understanding the order, every one of the seven of the warriors gradually begun to move, never halting their blasts even as exhaustion took over them from using so much magic. Barret was the first to quit throwing fireballs because of his lack of training with materia and the others halted soon subsequently at an unfaltering pace too, with Aeris completing last because of the additional continuance which originated from her Cetra blood. "M-Much appreciated," said Aeris as she strolled up to remain close to Shun and summers, tending burns.

"We need to attack it before it does THAT again!" remarked Cloud as the Motor Ball appeared to stop for the minute from its damages which the gathering now observed interestingly.

"Ethar! Can you obliterate this thing!? Can you break your ?" Cloud shouted as he tossed him his Buster Blade in hopes that Ethar knows what to do next with it.
