Suppression - Humans are the only known race to naturally posses the ability to suppress their power level in a manner to hide their

-Shaka: (Imported) A contact delivered version of Kit's Spirit Gun using an open palm. Essentially Ethan will charge energy into one hand or
the other, and when the strike is delivered, the energy is released and instantly explodes. Instantly, because the energy will already be in
contact with the target. Since the direction of the energy's explosion is entirely one directional, like a shaped charge, Ethan's hand is left
unharmed while his opponent/target takes the full force of the blast.
-Hydrokinesis: (Imported) The ability to manipulate and generate water from one's own Ki energy.
-Barrier: Ethan's barrier technique is simply an add-on to his Stylized flight technique, enabling him to use his board as a shield.

Description: Ethan stands a commanding six foot, two inches tall, just under his older brother Kit but is by comparison a slip of a boy,
weighing no more then one hundred and sixty pounds. His body like his brother's is toned but lacks the elder son's muscle mass. His young
features are marked by a healthy tan, spiky blue hair, a pair of black, white and blue running pants, black boots and is never without his
music player and headphones.

Life History: Snow, sounds familiar doesn't it? Flowers, Hill, Pyke, Rivers, Sand, Snow, Stone, Storm and Waters, Bastard names all. Ethan is, as he sees all of his brothers and sisters, the bastard child of a lunatic and loathes it. His mother though, still enthralled by the man's, Master Jin's, guise of heroism, has lived in the compound for these sixteen years since Ethan's birth, attempting to raise him in the image of his father. She failed utterly and so did the master himself. Rebellious doesn't begin to describe the blue haired boy, even in the early days his mother had to struggle to keep him from running around their home buck naked and to this day still can't get him to ware anything above the waist. His independent nature didn't stop at clothing however, always one to sneak off into the woods to play or go swimming alone, Ethan has never bonded well with any of his younger or older siblings barring a select few, the closest being a young man eleven years his senior. Likewise he never particularly cared much for the lessons taught him by Master Jin, taking only what he really cared to learn and ignoring the fluff. Mainly this meant concentrating on strait up brawling and even more focus on endurance and counterstrikes.
Ethan's rebellious nature wasn't all consuming however, there was one person who could get the boy to do what they wanted and that was his older brother Kit. Granted Ethan would mouth off from time to time and has even challenged the older sibling to fisticuffs just to prove how tuff he is but who wouldn't expect that from a kid like him? Eventually as the boy grew up his circle of close siblings dwindled until there was just the one and when that one found a reason to leave, well it was a given that Ethan would follow. And so only a day or so behind the departure of his older brother, the rebellious blue haired boy snuck out to track down his only real friend and follow along even if only to see the world outside of their compound as while the woods provided an escape, their luster had diminished the day Kit bested the Master and vanished from their home.
Recent History: Ethan may look every familiar to many people and for good reason, in spite of his young age, Ethan Snow was the leader of a freedom movement that saved the Earth from a near cataclysmic battle with their on again off again allies, the Saiyans. At first the boy had appeared only in voice by radio to rally the spirits of the people but in the climactic days Ethan's features were broadcast across the world and indeed using advanced technology, to every planet in the galaxy as he lead the delegation that eventually ended the siege. In the end and again in spite of his young age, the boy was offered the position of President, although offered might be too subtle a word as the people practically demanded it of him. The blue haired teenager though never wanted the responsibility of leadership and had only taken up the mantle because there simply was no one else who could. Although his leadership skills proved magnificent, he never felt comfortable in command and so in defiance of his people's wishes he fled from the new responsibility, choosing instead to return to his preferred life of athletic training, surfing and teaching the occasional student the basics of hand to hand combat.
