Techniques

Death Ball: [Monarch] This is a small ball of energy that swells to the size of a car which can be created from either the tip of the finger or with both hands. It can be incredibly destructive if used by a powerful fighter. As Monarch, it can swell to incredible sizes.

Death Beam: [Master] It's a thin, very strong beam which can pierce through enemies skin. Unlike the Dodon Ray, this attack does NOT explode on impact unless chosen as Monarch.

Nega-Field Imprisonment Ball: [Master] This technique surrounds the target it a sphere of Ki. Upon command the user is able to collapse the sphere with crushing force onto the individual trapped inside. Alternatively, the user could bounce the trapped victim around until they knock them away. It detonates on contact with anything other than himself. The resulting implosion is so immense it creates a vacuum that sucks in anybody near by. This attack is quite devastating to anyone caught within it, but is not completely inescapable.

Ki Beams: User fires beams of energy that have minor homing abilities and are as powerful s ki blasts.

Telekinesis :User can move people or things with their mind.

Extendible Tail: User's tail can extend and grapple, wrap people or things, or attack.

History

Lord Tenebris. There are legends and horror stories about this guy. Along with an entire fleet of Icarians in tow, he overran the Omega Collective in only one hour. He then executed the fleet commander for taking a few seconds longer than that one hour that he had proposed. Tenebris possesses the coldest, blackest heart you may ever come to find. So it seems. Nobody had ever actually took the time to get to know him, but would you want to try after watching him crush a guys head?

He was unimpressed with the Saiyan who had dominated his Cousin Arctic's little empire in the Omega Collective. He thought this Saiyan ruler 'Ninjin' a lesson. Sadly for the Overlord, a mysterious man in black swooped in and vanished in a puff of smoke before he could massacre the Saiyan. How anyone could possibly of snuck up on him like that and vanish with another person without a trace irritated him to no end.

Now he has plans to build his Sphere, with the Collectives star in its center and his people living inside. Once complete, his conquest begins...
