The Universal Church of One [U.C.O.O]

THE CHURCH OF ONE is a militaristic religion based on the purity of race. They believe that all races were created genetically pure, and to delineate from this is to spit into their god’s face. Their god goes by the name of Aon. Because of their deep-set belief that purity of race is crucial, they hate anything that goes against that. They are not xenophobic, but rather hate half-breeds a.k.a hybrids, and any other form of racial combination. They also have a deep hatred for Saiyans, as they believe that once a race goes extinct that it was Aon’s will, and should remain extinct. 

The Church’s reach spreads all across the universe, though not all members are violent nor are all soldiers, members of The Universal Church of One can be found all over the universe, inhabiting nearly every civilized planet or world. Though not all members themselves are violent, they do all wish death or the eradication of half-bloods/ half-breeds. It is in the very tenants of their religion.

The Universal Church of One soldiers believe they get their power from belief based energy rather than ki or magic. To store this power, they have large space-ships and space-stations dedicated to the collection of faith energies of their billions of followers. The dangers of this power comes from the fact that if a UCO solider believes he can do something, he can indeed. 

The Church follows a hierarchy, starting at the top with the mysterious leader. Not much is known about him or her, only that they go by the code name, Warlock. His or her large space-ship is the largest of the UCO fleet, and is commonly referred to as “The Ark”. His or her belief power is the highest of any within the church and is a man, or woman, to be feared. Bellow him or her are his or her Arch Cardinals. There are seven of them in total, not much is known of each, but they are as well powerful in their belief. Below them are a number of Bishops, and then below them are the soldiers of the church. 

The Church often uses androids as their primary form of attack, preferring not to shed the lives of their valuable members, thereby weakening the belief force of the Church Overall.

The Black Sun

INCORRECTLY CALLED THE "BLACK SONS", they are a group of assassins who keep hidden 'under the radar'. An organization so secretive that their very existence is nothing more than a myth to most. it is said that the members will find you if they believe you to have a contract for them. This is actually biased on their connections with bars, hotels, security officers at most public places, and through many other means of hearing rumors. Most can also use a very base level of Telepathy to learn your murders desires. These methods however are not publicly known.

They usually appear in hooded leather coats or robes, always black, depicting a crest of an 'Iron Cross' with a black sun shape in the center. They usually wield forms of bladed weapons like swords, daggers, hidden blades, throwing knives among other things. Technique wise, they have an ability allowing them to materialize into black smoke and reform again, allowing them to move around attacks or people. They are very stealthy. Stronger members have acquired the Shadow Wing, a technique allowing flight at the use of less energy than Buukujutsu, and also acts as a shield and extra attacking apandages. Full training results in two slots of PL.

Their current leader is a man simply calling himself 'Muramasa' to the public. Sources thought it was a man named Edward NeCross, the father of Ezekiel NeCross, the last Kiken Dojo master. Edward however has been confirmed dead, yet the organization lives on under this new 'Muramasa'. His methods for recruiting are everything from finding gifted killers, breaking people out of prison, and even kidnapping and raising children to become talented murderers. They are all led to believe they are 'The light in the Darkness', self proclaimed purifiers. Muramasa's real motive is really unknown.

UNITY

UNITY IS A MASSIVE CORPORATION based primarily on Earth, there are two sides of UNITY, the first side is the one known to the world at large to these people UNITY is just a normal corporation that focuses on producing and inventing various means of improving a persons quality of life and likewise being a driving force in aiding the poor and homeless of Earth funding numerous shelters and making massive donations to charity that seek to do the same. 

The other side is one only known to a very select few, the other side of UNITY is the side that pushes forth the corporations true goal, the improvement of Earthkind by any means necessary. Genetic manipulation and Androidification are the two primary means by which UNITY accomplishes this goal however both processes are quite slow and have high morality rates UNITY seeks a means of changing this and inducing a widespread and permanent change.

UNITY's forces are many and powerful having been developed over many years as the company grew and their means of 'enhancing' grew.

NEON (New Earth Offensive Network)

A DEAD, EARTH-BASED organization primarily destroyed at the hands of Brandon Potter and Roxsenne Roye. Its goal was to hunt down and destroy aliens and it did so by working on weird experiments, tracking said aliens, and fighting them to the death (if needed). The agency's main location was at a temple in Mount Paozu but they also spread out across the southern half of the world to find alien life forms and wormed their way into Central City too. They had scientists, agents, and superhuman warriors to help initiate their goals in mind and even were successful in landing on the planet Castelle (Lupin II) and causing enough chaos to wipe out the mysterious Caballye alien race.

The Revitalized Crane School

REBUILT, THE CRANE SCHOOL stands the most brilliant building in the slums of Central City. Not only a training dojo, but also an excellent center of help for those who need it. Their open door policy accomodates anyone in need of a bed, meal, or company. Additionally the students are under obligation to accept friendly spars among strangers. *The Crane School withholds the right to refuse sparring to anyone. Members are free to use the facilities Gravity chamber and Simulator 2.0 during their solo and group training. Non members will need to be sparring with a senior member and up to access the gravity and simulation functions. Students who scale the ranks of the school will also be allowed access to specialized classes that teach different Master level techniques. These classes are reserved only for loyal crane students whom have proven themselves a worthy vessel for the technique. Below are the levels within the school. New members are encouraged to apply here. The fastest way to build PL, learn special techniques, and gain plot information.
