MONARCH LEVEL TECHNIQUES



Below is the list of Monarch level attacks that can be learned once you have either taken control of one of the following Monarch positions (you may choose one, learn the others as Masters) or become strong enough to possess one (200,000 Base PL). In the second case if none of these appeal to you there is the option to create you own, with admin approval of course.

Kami, Guardian Of Earth

• Super Kamehameha: The full powered version of the Kamehameha; The attack is charged with cupped hands behind the back, drawing in a massive amount of energy, then brought to the front with the arms outstretched, and fired.

• Power Lend: This technique is used to lend power to someone to make them temporarily stronger. This effectively gives the target a x2 on top of each transformation's multiplier is. For example someone with a x10 would temporarily have a x12. This effect only lasts for 4 posts and is draining on the user.

• Spirit Clone: Using This cloning technique, the user can separate themself into a nearly unlimited number of clones, each one taking on a percentage of their over-all power level so they remain even. All clones are exactly alike. This move does put great strain on the user, and as such each clone is limited to basic ki use and fighting.

Saiyan Ruler Of Planet Vegeta

• Final Flash: The attack is charged with the arms spread out, palms facing the opponent. Then the wrists are brought together, like in the Kamehameha, and an almighty blast of Ki is let rip!

• Big Bang Attack: Big Bang Attack is a huge ki ball of incredible destructive power. The person holds one flat palm forward towards his enemy and launches the bolt.

• Galick Gun: Energy is gathered behind the user with the backs of the hands together then the hands are brought forward with the palms outward.

Icarian Overlord of the Iceira Sphere Colony

• Death Ball: This is a small ball of energy that swells to the size of a car which can be created from either the tip of the finger or with both hands. It can be incredibly destructive if used by a powerful fighter. As Monarch, it can swell to incredible sizes.

• Death Beam: It's a thin, very strong beam which can pierce through enemies skin. Unlike the Dodon Ray, this attack does NOT explode on impact unless chosen as Monarch.

• Nega-Field Imprisonment Ball: This technique surrounds the target it a sphere of Ki. Upon command the user is able to collapse the sphere with crushing force onto the individual trapped inside. Alternatively, the user could bounce the trapped victim around until they knock them away. It detonates on contact with anything other than himself. The resulting implosion is so immense it creates a vacuum that sucks in anybody near by. This attack is quite devastating to anyone caught within it, but is not completely inescapable.

Grand Elder of Planet Namek

• Ultimate Barrier: This technique is a combination of the two types of barriers most are familiar with, the shield and self barriers. The user is able to shift between these two depending on the situation they are confronted with and on top of that, the barriers they are able to create are more powerful than your average shields.

• Psionic Blast: The user is able to utilize their Ki by channeling it through their mind in such a way that they can release a blast of Psychic energy that can stun their opponents and knock them away. If caught in this blast, the target is stunned for one post, rending them almost helpless.

• Telepathic Mastery: The user can more easily hear the thoughts of others. The user can also communicate across planets with others that they had met. Finally, the user is capable of something truly on the next level- Read a persons memories. Excellent for interrogation.
