With intense training, the user has ridded their body of their tail's sensitivity.
Moon Ball:
This is the ability to create a fake moon by compressing the atmosphere with a ball of energy. Once the fake moon has been made a Saiyan can use this to turn Oozaru.
Oozaru Control:
With intense training, the user has gained the ability to control their most primal instincts in Oozaru form, and can actually control it.
Elite Saiyan Pressure (ESP):
Directing his ki into the air around him, Matsuko is able to create a forced explosion, which he can direct with two of his fingers. This attack has a range of about ten meters, but is more effective when used at closer ranges. This attack is invisible, but can be sense with Advanced Ki Sense.

Matsuko was born and raised a Saiyan, and he likes to flaunt it, though he was not part of the military fraction that was sent to Earth. Spending most of his time brawling with other Saiyans simply to get stronger, Matsuko heard tales of the strong warriors on Earth that fought of the Saiyan's invasion. Naturally, this made his blood boil, and he headed to Earth to further investigate.
As such, he spent years making a living as a brawler, and gambling on one-sided bets. In this time he met many strong fighters, and felt he finally found his calling in life. Commited to keeping life this way, Matsuko decided he'd fight on the behalf of Earth, and if anything happened, he'd be on the front lines.
His desire is not to be in the spot-light, and when not in the ring, such things actually make him uncomfortable; though this is not widely known. In the ring he's made quite a name for himself, though that hasn't lead to his fame, instead, it's slowly wilted his way of making good money; everyone knowing his tricks and secrets- now he is looking for a new way to make some cash, without giving up what he loves.
