To submit a character application, simply copy the character template, make a "new thread" in this board, and post it. Please be sure to include the "state" of the application in the title, and edit accordingly (WIP/Complete, or something similar). Once your character is accepted, you can either choose to do a Beginner's Post for extra starting Power Level, or you can skip it and jump straight into action, taking the minimum Power Level for your chosen race.
