Techniques
Eye Lasers: Twin beams fire from the eyes of the user.
Ki Blade: The user can create a sword made from Ki that envelopes the hand and can be used to attack their foes.
Flying (aka Bukujutsu): This is the ability to fly using one's Ki. The user simply controls their energy and pushes out from underneath them allowing them to fly.
Crusher Ball: The user charges a medium sized ball of energy in one hand, then hurls it at the opponent.
Appearance: Perma is a descendent of the tyrant Fireza, as such he takes on some of his features. His base form, which he prefers to stay in, is very reminiscent of his ancestor. Perma’s formed his biomass into a form very similar to sayian battle armor including shoulder pad like protrusions. The horns he has are curve the front of his head like a bull. His tail is also slightly longer then most of his race, something Perma is self conscious about. Instead of the three toed feet his race is normally known for, instead he has formed his feet into a boot like formation. Perma sports a color of light blue on his skin and a deep purple on his biomass armor.

An Icejin's second form looks somewhat similar to the first, except it is noticeably taller, extremely bulky, and looks more intimidating overall. Its horns grow slightly, and its form takes on a sleeker appearance than in their base form.

History
Perma was born on the manufacture planet of his people, the Omega Sphere Iceria. His childhood was nothing less then a living hell. As a young Icerian, he was orphaned and forced to live in the gutter surviving on scraps and cast away junk from he more well off inhabitants. This instilled a strong self preservation instict in the young alien. It taught him to never trust anyone but himself, and to never take anything at face value.
As he grew into a young adult he found himself in trouble with the corrupt law enforcement. After stopping an authority figure from trying to shakedown a shop keep for protection money, he had to do something to stop the injustice. Perma thought that his only option was to confront the other Icerian and to stop the nonsense. I’m return he was mercilessly beat and thrown into a jail cell. There he say for a few weeks before he saw a way out of his predicament, a jail riot. A few other of the inmates got into a gang fight and as these inmates were getting corralled by the guards he made his escape.
After hijacking a space pod he panicked and hit the only cordinates on the ship. Earth. During the long journey to his fate he thought long and hard on his journey to this moment. He would never allow such injustices to happen again in his presence. Perma vowed to protect those impoverished and oppressed like he was. Although his methods may be a bit savage, Perma will get the job done, at any cost.
