After having to install all the new equipment he had received earlier, Ethar finally sat down in his indestructible training room, and started to chug some water from a bottle he had brought down from his kitchen. "Much better... I can finally train myself better with all this equipment..." He said, as he reached into his pocket and took out the multiverse crystal that had taken him on so many adventures.
Getting up to his feet again, he walked over to a machine in the wall he had built. A mixture of science and magic. A true abomination of cultures. In a slot, Ethar placed the crystal and the machine soon came to life with energy. "With this machine, I can summon any entity I wish from any universe at will. Granted, they are confined to this room until I can refine the technology..." He mumbled as a keyboard slid out of the wall and lit up, waiting for its master to input a command.
Typing in a command, the machine whirled and glowed as a figure started to materialize in the center of his training room. It appeared to be wearing a bright orange and blue outfit, and had black spikey hair. "Seems to be working so far..." He said turning back to the console and adjusted the figures power level to match his own.
It didn't take long until the figure had fully materialized and started to look around. "What the? Where am I? I was just with Whis and...." He started to say, but Ethar interuppted him. "Sorry to kidnap ya Goku, but the situation called for it..." He said, as the figure had turned around when he heard the voice. "Ethar? Wait, Your not supposed to be travelling anymore. Whis said it was forbidden." Goku said, a bit concerned as to what Ethar was up to.
"Relax, I didnt travel anywhere... Through some heavy research and experimentation, I created a device that brought you to me." He said, gesturing to the machine behind him in the wall. Goku was confused as he walked over to the machine and looked it over. "Ha, your not kidding. Bulma would of loved to study this with you.... but, why am I here?" He asked, giving the Noran a curious look. Ethar replied, with a stern look on his face, "To cut things short, Earth....Well, Future Earth to you, is in danger... Do you recall when you were on the planet Namek, before you fought Frieza.... Vegeta, Gohan and the others fought two of Frieza's commanders, Dodoria and Zarbon?"
Goku had to think long and hard before he looked embarassed and replied "Its been so long, ID forgotten about that. HEh....why?"
Ethar was still giving Goku his serious look when he said "A few months ago, Zarbon had appeared again and attacked. How? Im not one hundred percent sure yet, but the rifts between timelines has been damaged, and people have been vanishing at an alarmingly increasing rate. There have been reports of villians from other timelines have been appearing...." but Goku soon interrupted him as he asked "Does that mean Frieza will be coming to Earth in your timeline to?!"
Ethar just nodded as Goku flexed his fists. "Then let me at him! The last time I fought Frieza, his power was so amazing, no one except Vegeta and I can stand up to him." He said, but Ethar shook his head. "Sorry Goku, You and the Z-Fighters time in this timeline has ended. But there is hope with the new generation of fighters, however, no one is at your level yet. But that is why I developed my new machine. I hope, with your help, we might stand a chance at getting the fighters of this time to be ready for future threats."
While listening, Goku was a bit sad he couldnt fight Frieza again. But with what Ethar was saying, the Frieza that Ethar and his friends might face could be any frieza from any Timeline. This made this very difficult for Earth no matter what. "So you want me to help train you guys? Im not sure Whis and Lord Beerus would approve..." He asked, and Ethar nodded.
"In a way. Knowledge can be just as powerful as a good strong ki blast. Id like your help to master transforming, and ID like you to try and beat me to a pulp. Saiyans, as you know, grow stronger each time they are royally whooped, as one might put it. I am half saiyan, so that ability is still in my blood. We just have to abuse it." Ethar said, as Goku looked shocked as to what Ethar was purposing. But, he could see where he was getting at.
“However, due to my other blood, I heal faster then you or any other fighter might. It will take a bit more then normal to get me to that point.” He added, before Goku flexed his fists a bit. He could tell the Saiyan was already wanting to fight.
“The room you are currently in is indestructible from the inside, and is shielded from all energy, so no one will sense that you are even here. So by all means, go all out.” Ethar said with a grin. “Alright. Ive been itching to see what you can REALLY do!” Goku said as his aura flared up. What looked like white flames engulfed him as Ethar felt his power spike up.
Ethar followed suit, his own aura flaring up, but in a dark red colour as Goku suddenly rushed at him with blinding speed. The saiyan attempted to see what the duke could do with a punch, throwing his fist forward but Ethar’s quick reflexes saw it coming at the last moment. He put up his defences by attempting to catch the fist with his bare hands.
The sheer power of Gokus fist pushed Ethar back, as the duke felt his feet sliding backwards. There was no way Ethar was going to be able to withstand Gokus onslaught, even after he had brought Gokus level down temporarily. “Man, Goku certainly lives up to his reputation from history…” He thought, as Ethar suddenly put forth everything he had. His aura burst forth as his power level rose up as high as it could go. His hair turning silver, and Ethars eyes turned red as he growled and started to push Gokus fist back. “Whoa! That is some serious power!” the saiyan said, as he to powered up and Ethar felt Gokus power reach levels he never even thought about. The saiyans hair turned golden in colour, as the sight brought back memories of Akassa’s power when she invaded
“My turn!” Goku said in excitement as he suddenly gave Ethar a shove, but with too much force as the Noran was sent flying back against the wall, and even Goku could hear bones crunching when Ethar hit the wall. “Oh gosh! Im so sorry!” Goku started to say, almost panicking when Ethar slumped to the floor.
But the Noran slowly got up onto his feet, groaning a bit in pain. There were a few broken ribs just from that shove, but he wasn’t about to give up yet. As his body set to work on repairing the broken ribs, He heard Goku asked him if he was going to be alright, but he just shook it off. “You call that a shove?” Ethar asked, trying to intimidate him.
But to Ethars curiosity, he started to feel heavier, and heavier. Looking behind him, Ethar saw that he had crashed into the gravity machine he set up for his training excersizes, and saw it was set to 15 times normal gravity. “Ah crap….” He said, as he felt his repairing bones strain under the new gravity. But remaining powered up allowed him to fight the gravity as well. “You have a gravity simulator to? That will definitely help you guys out when it comes to fighting tough battles.” Goku said, seemingly taking the 15 times normal gravity like it was nothing.
Thinking back to what he could do against Goku in these conditions, since he was horribly out gunned, even with Gokus level matched at his, nothing could weaken the Saiyans skill and experience, which the machine couldn’t compensate for. Thinking of calling his bluff, or distracting Goku, Ethar asked “Hey Goku, Why don’t you show me what you REALLY got. I know a fighter like you has more power then a Super saiyan can…” And that was when Goku had that twinkle in his eye.
“You want me to go all out? Fine… Ill be happy to show you then!” He replied to Ethar, before he clenched his fists, and started to struggle with something. “Goku, what are you…” Ethar started to ask, but he felt Gokus power level soar far above what Akassa had even achieved at her peak. “Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!” Goku started to scream as his power level continued to soar higher and higher, as if it was never going to stop.
But the power level wasn’t the only thing that was changing drastically, but Gokus appearance as well. His hair, while still golden, started to grow out, down to his waist. And his eye brows seemed to vanish. “NOW we get to the real fun! This is called Super Saiyan 3!” He said, flexing a bit, showing off the raw power of the form that Ethar had never seen before.
“Utterly amazing Goku. I hope that I can reach that level someday!” He said with a grin. He then suddenly rushed at the Saiyan with Zanzoken and attempted to throw a punch at his gut. But when his fist hit, it felt like he was punching a 10 foot wide brick wall. Hearing a crack in his wrist, Ethar felt that at his maximum, he couldn’t even make an impact. “Ow, That….” Ethar started to say, but Goku thought it would be fun to try a punch against Ethar in his current form.
So when the Noran was examining his injured wirst and was talking, Goku threw his own punch at him. The force of the attack sent Ethar flying at full force against the wall where his machine. He impacted with such force, everything went black in Ethars eyes.
The force of the impact fractured Ethars spine and neck, as the Noran slumped to the floor unconscious. The machine with the multiverse crystal started to pop and smoke as Goku quickly powered down and ran over to Ethars slump body. “Oh no no no, Don’t be dead! I need to get home or else Chi-Chi is going to kill me…” He said, as he sensed Ethars energy, though faint. “Oh good, a Senzu bean will fix…” He said, reaching for his pouch, but the machine in the wall slowly died from damage, causing Goku to vanish from sight…from the universe as the machine failed to keep him in Ethars universe/time, causing the Saiyan to get yanked back to the original moment he was yanked from from Beerus’s world.

It would actually be a few hours before Ethar would actually soon regain consciousness as his body had healed him, and his mind rebooted. Feeling pain throughout his body, Ethar slowly got up, but the gravity features of the chamber were still active.
Struggling with himself, Ethar slowly made his way over to the gravity manipulating machine and activated the shut off routine. This allowed his body to become light again as gravity slowly eventually returned to normal, allowing Ethar to breathe easier. “Well…. That hurt…. Glad to see my Universal Simulator works, granted it needs tweaking….” He said, as he slowly walked over to the door that lead out of the training room.
“I need a fucking drink… Might try one of those Earthling beers Ive heard about…” He said, as Ethar would go one to taste a rather disgusting beverage called Budweiser. He quickly dumped it out, and went with his sure fire mead to relax….
