After the chaos that happened in Central City and the odd, but unexpected 'gift' she had received from that obnoxious demon woman, Celeh decided to test out the device she'd been so forcefully given. The capsule popped open outside her house and the chamber poofed up to its full size. Celeh opened the door and activated the safety lock. The device couldn't be re-capsulized as long as the safety lock was engaged, and the doors wouldn't open from the outside. The saiyan went over to the main control console and began booting up the system. She adjusted the gravity to the first tick above zero, setting it to five times that of Earth's normal gravity.
The system had no delay when the gravity kicked in. Celeh hadn't imagined it to be such a vast difference, but the Saiyan woman dropped to her knees with a painful thud. She was on her hands and knees from the increase in weight. She was still wearing her heavy training weights, believing that she would still be able to handle the struggle even with the weights on. "G-gah..." Her teeth clenched and her whole body tensed up in an effort to support herself. It felt like her flesh would be pulled off her bones if she let up for even a moment. Her own clothes might crush her if she didn't stay on guard. "R-rrrraaaagggghhhhH!!!!" Her aura burst to life around her, the swirling waves of aquamarine energy lending her full strength to her efforts.
Celeh's left leg scooted forward and raised until her foot was planted firmly on the floor. Then she pushed off with one leg and both arms to get her right leg underneath her properly as well. It was a step by step struggle just to stand under this weight, but Celeh would not be defeated from the beginning. She refused to allow herself to fail as soon as this new form of training began. No matter the pain or the struggle, she would succeed! Her eyes narrowed and she brought her arms up to her sides, bending her elbows and taking a proper fighting stance. Her knees were half bent and her feet were shoulder width apart. From this position she began making very basic movements. A single right punch, then a left. She staggered and stumbled as she tried to reign in the weight of her own blows. Everything was magnified so much that controlling her own strength became as much a burden as just resisting her weight when standing.
Again and again she tried, redoubling her efforts to keep balanced while performing these basic punches. She focused and threw one punch after another. Celeh switched from left to right and back again, alternating which arm she used and which side she had to balance from. Once she got the hang of these simple punches, she began to take further steps to accustom herself to this new level of gravity. A simple jab turned into a forward-stepping straight. Each time she stepped forward to put her weight into the punch, her legs almost gave out and the knee of her rear-most foot almost touched the floor from being extended. "Hnnnngg..." She groaned from the effort, but kept pressing forward. Step, punch, step, punch, left, right, left, right...her movements were direct and methodical as well as simple and slow. It was at this point that her whole body felt like it was on fire. Even breathing took effort under this gravity right now, and pushing herself to practice movements at this level was really taking its toll. Her muscles burned and ached.
Celeh didn't stop even then, though. The saiyan gave her arms a little bit of a rest, focusing entirely on her legs now. She began to execute straight forward kicks in an alternating left-right-left-right fashion just as she'd done with the punches. She didn't put footwork into the mix yet, merely raising and extending her leg in a kicking motion while using her upper body to maintain balance. Standing on one leg took a great deal more effort than she'd imagined, and she fell back onto her butt multiple times. Each time she did, standing up was more and more difficult as exhaustion began to wear on her.
Ten, twenty, thirty...she managed to make it to of each kind of punch, and she was working towards that many of each kick. The straight forward kicks were finished, but her thighs and calves were starting to cramp. The aches in her muscles were growing more intense. Standing side-kicks were not impossible, but they were far more difficult to maintain balance for than simple straight kicks. It took full effort from her whole body, especially her back and core, to keep balanced while doing those kicks.
Sweat poured from her brow, trickling down to drip from her nose and her chin as she continued to push herself through the exhaustion and pain. Celeh finally came to the last item on her training...her tail. It wouldn't require as much balance or effort from the rest of her body. It was mostly just tail stretches in this gravity to keep her tail in relative strength to the rest of her body. She began swishing the tail left, then right, up, then down, and more. She made whipping motions with her tail to feign attacks that she would normally perform with her tail. She didn't put her body into the tail attacks, though. She was too worn out. After several dozen different angles of tail attacks and stretches, her tail went limp from exhaustion and she fell to her knees. The saiyan hit the off switch on the gravity and just sat there for a while, resting... This gravity training was by far the most intense training she'd ever done before, that was for certain.
