[Noir]

Noir: Second skin: Gummmy prison
Description: Noir's body passes over her foe leaving a thin layer of her matter over them, this is indistinguishable from what they are wearing, the skin has the same qualities as Noir able to regenerate though to a far lessor degree and is malaeble and stretchy. it is controlled by thought hardening and tightening at Noirs behest. Can be used to slow down or restrain a foe or can shift around matter making them more open to attack. This skin naturally breaks down after 1 hour or if its connection to Noir is severed (either by Noir being rendered unconscious or the person moving an extremely long distance away). The skin can be torn off with great force but due to its malaebility and regeneration it will take a good amount of energy to remove it fully. The skin cannot be used in quick succession requiring at least 10 post by Noir to use again.
