Tail Strength(Passive) - Not a true technique, but something that requires a fair amount of time invested to overcome, Celeh has purposely strengthened the muscles in her tail so that it's no longer a weakness like what most Saiyans have. In fact she is able to deal physical blows with her tail, though not quite as strong as her arms or legs. She has yet to master it enough to shoot ki from her tail, however.
Nova Bullet(Transfer) - A highly concentrated blast containing about twice as much energy as a basic blast. It is focused at the tip of a finger and when ready to fire the blast is literally the size of a bullet. It's speed and power come from the ki compression rather than huge amounts of energy being poured into it. Because of the compression, however, charging it is impossible. In addition to its speed the true power of the technique is not in the punch of the energy itself, but the concussive impact resulting from the release of the compression when the bullet collides with something.
Nova Scattershot(Transfer) - Celeh takes a turn to focus and charge a Nova Bullet on each of her fingertips and the tips of her thumbs resulting in ten bullets in total, then fires them off in a shotgun style blast. She can aim for specific areas or persons, but centralizing all the shots into one point is almost impossible. The explosions from multiple shots may connect and combine, however, to greater effect than any single bullet could achieve. Takes about as much stamina to fire as a standard energy wave for one turn.

Description: Celeh is five feet six inches tall and weighs one hundred and fifteen pounds. She's slender and well toned with fairly clear muscle definition even for a saiyan female. She maintains a more feminine body shape despite her physique due to having wider hips. She has her black hair at shoulder length, but keeps the front parted out of her brown eyes. As a proud Saiyan warrior she has various scars on her body, though the most noticeable ones are a puncture scar on the front and back of her left shoulder and a burn mark across the middle of her back. She does still have her long, brown tail.
Her usual outfit has her in blue saiyan armor with a black bodysuit underneath it. She doesn't wear any gloves, though she does have heavy wraps for wrist bracers. Her boots are white, and the formerly red tips of her boots have been repainted to be dark blue, and they reach the bottom of her kneecap in length. She also wears a black battle skirt over her lower armor and upper thighs. Her armor is the variant that has no shoulder armor nor does it have the ridiculous hip and front extensions that reach the knees. She prefers the lighter variant of the armor for more freedom of movement. The red shoulder straps of her armor have also been recolored to be white instead of red. The red that symbolized her ties to the royal house has since been removed from her armor.

The Saiyan Soldier known as Celeh served the royal family to the best of her ability, but in the final attack on Mement Mor, she perished at the hands of an out of control Majin and a Namekian that had been corrupted by the Universal Church of One. She found some odd sense of peace in the honor of the battle that her and the Namekian had before the Majin showed up, and her last breath was spent trying to rid the universe of the vile monster that seemed as deadly as he was voracious.
She awoke in the afterlife, confused and uncertain. Her sentence was to heaven, much to her surprise, and she spent her time there training. Even when her soul was at peace, Celeh was restless. She knew her allies were still alive and still fighting. Time passed, though, and after earning the respect of the Kaioshins, Celeh was permitted to return to the land of the living.
Her return to life wasn't as flashy or as grand as she had hoped. Her training in the afterlife, despite being intense and difficult, had not put her up to the level of her compatriots. The Saiyan royals were on another level, it seemed. But after Mement Mor fell, the new queen turned her attacks on neighboring Earth. Celeh couldn't believe that Akassa would betray their long time allies...the ones who had gifted them the moon to live on in the first place. It broke her heart and shattered her trust in the crown. The Celeh of old was dead. Her loyalty had been shattered, she perished defending a royal house that she no longer believed in. The newly revived Celeh kept to herself, living in silence on Earth. She stayed a makeshift home on Mount Paozu, unable to bring herself to fight for either side in the war that ensued.
She simply kept training and biding her time. She knew that, after the war, Earthlings would not be warm or kind to a Saiyan, even one who had chosen not to fight against them in the war. Celeh finally decided to come out of hiding after months of living alone and living off the land. With her armor no longer showing ties to the royal house or the saiyan military itself, Celeh was a different person. She was still a soldier, but one currently without a purpose...
