Racial Traits here
Heightened Senses - Taste, smell, hearing, sight--all of these are heightened, a throw back to the hunters they once were. They have diluted in most, being strongest in those from the Air Court. It is rumored that the hunters from that Court could hear a snowflake fall from miles away.
Faster Reaction Time - Norans aren't the strongest of the races, nor are they the quickest. But their reflexes are are among the best and surely make up for it.
Slowed aging process - When a full blooded Noran teenager hits puberty (roughly centering around age fifteen) their bodies aging process begins to slow. Pure blood Norans age one year physically for every six that pass on their planet. The Duiecite age one for every twelve, and hybrids one for every three.
Advanced healing - Another reason that they are called "vampiric" is due to their advanced healing. While they are not able to grow back limbs or organs, they do heal faster than humans. Cuts, scrapes, and scratches heal in seconds and large wounds heal quicker than humans, making it a lot harder to kill them.
Techniques
- Advanced Ki Sensing: Using their natural ki sensing abilites, The user is able to tell different power signatures apart and recognize those he/she has met before by their signature. He/she is also able to sense someones exact power-level, or at least the level they've suppressed it to.
- Hunter: Rudra unleashes a burst of speed designed to chase down or close in on enemies that try to flee or distance themselves from him. Utilizing the ki left behind by his opponent as they attempt to escape to make sure that he can keep up with his prey.
- Dragon Fist: A punch utilizing Hua in the shape of a dragon.
- Hua Strike: Focusing his energy into his hand, he punches his opponent and then unleashes a kinetic shockwave on impact amplifying the power of his strike.
Appearance
Height: Six feet, five inches
Weight: Two hundred pounds
Hair Color: Red
Eye Color: Green
Aura Color: Blue
Description: Red hair falls messily around his head, the longest parts stopping at the very edge of his shoulders and between the bangs that hang down over his face are two sharp, green eyes. Though he is pale compared to most people in the galaxy he has a more tanned-looking skin tone compared to other Norans, due in part to his being part Garthian as well as being from the Fire Court. He is tall even for one of his kind, though it's not by a lot and it still causes him to stick out somewhat among his own people. This isn't so much a problem for him though as even with his extra height his body is a machine built for fighting given that the entirety of his weight is muscle, but nothing pointlessly bulky.
Attire wise he has adapted to his living on the Planet Earth and picked clothes for himself that describe him the best, a leather jacket is the outermost layer on his upper body with the sleeves being a bit longer than necessary. Underneath this is a white, button down shirt that hangs untucked from his pants, fitting the unkempt look he has going. Even further under that is a black undershirt with the collar sticking out ever so slightly from the button shirt, and around his neck is a golden medallion that was giving to him by someone important. For pants he wears a simple pair of jeans that fit to form rather well and his footwear are combat boots.
The most unusual thing about him is the wolf-like tail half the length of his body and that is colored the same as the hair on his head.

History
Roughly thirty five years ago a small, random coincidence occurred within the Fire Court and that was a Garthian man had bumped into a Noran woman falling head over heels in love with her. Lacking a bit in the way of social skills he stumbled a few times in getting her to even give him the time of day, but it was due to his perseverance that he was rewarded for his efforts. Five years later and a young Hector was born onto the planet, lighting up their lives like nothing ever before could have accomplished and he was quite the adorable little tyke as well. They had asked two of their deities, Riora and Aren, to watch over him and bless him that he might be able to live a long and healthily life.
Being born within the Fire Court there was only one option that was truly viable for him, which was to become a warrior that would protect. That was the ideal that was given to him by his parents both of whom were warriors themselves and protected the people of the Fire Court from any harm that would befall it. Hector himself would take that a step further in his goal to train to become a force that could protect the whole of Nor from whatever threats that came to it. Naive? Possibly, but as a child he was encouraged to not only dream big but to follow those dreams with everything that he had.
To this extent his parents trained him in private while also sending him to the military training facility, if he wanted to be the best then he would have to push himself in training, studying, and learning as much as he could about what his path meant. Not only that, but they instilled him with the sense of compassion for a warrior cannot be truly complete without one. Hector learned early on that true strength did not come from the power one wielded to kill others, instead it came from another less tangible source and he would do his best to carry this strength of heart with him.
Then as he became an adult the war happened; the leader of the Water Court known as 'The Fangless One' declared that hybrids like himself were not allowed to be alive and that he would create a 'resistance' to 'purge' these beings. The Dark and Fire Courts joined forces against the Earth and Water Courts in a war for the right for hybrids to live, and Hector himself was involved with quite a few of the battles himself. In the war is where things take a turning point for the young Noran as well, where upon returning from a successful battle with members of the Dark Court he finds his father laid across a cot in a pain-induced coma. The cause being that when they had gotten married his mother accepted the bite that would link them beyond just the physical one they had and as such they could feel things that the other experienced. The conclusion was that his mother was now dead, brutally murdered by members of the Water Court as accounted by one of the few to escape. This sent a backlash to his father and rendered him comatose, he would probably not survive either if things continued on this way and this was the point of change for Hector.
The rest of the time he spent in the war he had changed into a far worse person than he had been raised, giving into his anger and blood lust on the battlefield using his emotions to act more animal-like in dealing with his enemies. When it finally ended with the Fangless One being executed, Hector realized that he could no longer stick around on Nor if he wanted to keep his sanity and to keep his goal of protecting people. As it was now with his current mindset he wasn't sure how long he could restrain himself against taking action on the Water Court.
Taking a leave of absence from the Fire Court military, he decided to travel around until he felt that he was safe enough to return to the planet. His travels have taken him to a little blue planet named Earth.
