A Chance Encounter (Noir/Closed)

[Astra Luxun]

She smiled as Noir commented on Rihlaya's cuteness and giggled. As the fox was chasing the ball, Astra replied "Rihlaya is a baby Fennec Fox. Shes an exotic pet I adopted a lil while ago. She was abandoned when her eyes were barely opening, so I took her in, cleaned her up started to feed her, took care of her, and shes this little bundle of joy now. She must of been very scared when I adopted her, cause she wont leave the apartment even if I leave the door open." She said as Rihlaya finally grabbed the ball and brought it back to Noir. A game of fetch was afoot.

Astra couldnt help but smirk as Noir went right into the bacon and started to consume it. "Seems that the love of bacon is quite universal." She said, but was confused as to when Noir said she didnt know what Species she was. "You... dont know what your own species is? That is sure odd..... Well, Have you heard the term 'Majin' at all?" She asked, wondering if Noir even knew what a Majin was, or if she heard about them at all.

[Noir]

Noir shakes her head “Nope can’t say I have ever heard of that” She picks up the ball and throws it once more letting it bounce this time to see if Rihlaya would jump to try and catch it. “Considering I’m the only person I have ever met like me in my entire life I don’t exactly have much to learn from do i?” Noir cuts into an egg spreading the yolk over the white and cutting a chunk off eating with the bacon. “its been pretty much like that for as long as I can remember”

Noir finishes the egg and uses a slice of toast to mop up the remaining yolk “In the end I am me, nothing more nothing less.” She shrugs nonchalantly “hmm so this little one was an abandoned exotic stray? Guess I can relate there” She pauses a knowing smirk forming on her face “Hmm seems my princess has a type to take in eh?” Noir laughs jokingly at her own comment

"The only one eh? Well I got a couple books you could look at later. If there is one thing my people excel at the most, its storing information." She said, as she to cut into her egg, and ate some of it. She then started to munch on a piece of bacon when Noir made a comment about being the type that she takes in.

This causes her to cough a bit, looking embarassed as she looked up to Noir and smiled. She quickly swallowed the food in her mouth before saying "Heh, Your a lil different from Rihlaya. I cant imagine someone as wonderful as you being a pet of mine..." as her face was still red. "Though some people seem to be into that sorta stuff. Im... not entirely sure why." She added, as she picked up a piece of toast and started to munch on it slowly.

"Though the idea of you chasing a ball across the floor is funny." She said with a giggle.

[Noir]

Noirs knowing smirk only gets wider as Astra half admits it even going so far as to playfully pet her head. “I gathered that much princess” She has long since finished her food and stretches her arms to place the dishes in the sink she sees Rihlaya returns rubbing her fingers together and making a little noise to draw her close. She seems surprisingly knowledgeable about how to interact with animals as she strokes the little fox behind the ears.

“Well then, is magic training next on our agenda?” She asks with an audible excited tone in her voice looking forward to seeing what her new dark fire could do and how strong a potency 9 caster was. These were all just words to her but the child like excitement of manipulating the elements was clear to see on her face. “I really wanna see what I can do, I also really wanna see what you can do princess”

The small fox was curious about the noise that Noir was making with her fingers, and edge closer and closer, up until Noir could either pick her up or pet her, which ever she wanted.

Astra finished up her plate as well, and placed it into the sink as Noir mentioned how excited she was to get to learning, and thats when Astra got nervous. "Ehehe, Well, it will be a first time for me to. I only taught level 1 and level 2 magic users. I mean, I can teach you the basics, but as a level 9, Im not even sure what your capable of. Probably God Tierd stuff Id imagine." She said as she quickly walked into her room. First, She got dressed.

She started to slip on some lounging pants and a loose tshirt, as she grabbed a bag from her safe, as well as a few books. She then also picked up a candle from the safe and brought it with her into the living room. "We can learn right from the comfort of our living room toboot." She said as she placed the candle down on the coffee table, as well as opening a book on it. "Most of the time, magic is self taught through study and experimentation. But you know all about 'experimenting' dont ya?" Astra asked, giving Noir a playful wink.

[Noir]

Noir picks up Rihlaya gently and starts petting her as she follows Astra into the bedroom “I see, well that still at least means I’m covered up to that level, I mean you have to learn to make a spark before you make a flame I guess.” Noir ponders Astras words carefully “God tier? Isn’t that kind of a moot point seeing as controlling the elements is what a god could do anyway?” Her smile has a slightly facetious tint to it as she leans against the wall of the bedroom while Astra gets changed.

“I see yes experimentation is my forte just feels kind of weird to have this sort of potential and not a way to teach to use it, sounds like a bit of a dangerous oversight if you ask me” she giggles to herself “Though I suppose with you teaching me I’m sure I’ll get what I need. The building blocks as it were”

"Well, Back on my world, Theres an entire Academy dedicated to teaching people how to use their magic at different stages." She said, as she opened the book and started to go through it, dragging a finger of the lines of text as she speed read the pages.

"As for the tiers, Tiers are what gauges what aspect of the element the person can manipulate, and what scale. Like some levels can only manipulate an element, but not create it. And some levels can only effect whats right infront of them, while others can manipulate the element on a scale up to an entire solar system. Level 10 is Solar wide.... Level 9 is planetary." She started to explain, as she found a page in the book that had a picture of a candle.

Nodding to herself, she looked over to Noir and said "If we arent careful, you could wipe out half a civilization.... If you were trained up to level 9 standards, that is. But right now, the basics." As she pointed to the candle. "We are going to light this candle with your magic."

[Noir]

Although the weight of the power and responsibility isn’t lost on Noir she does seem unconcerned “So theoretically at my powers peak I could directly impact a planet for better or worse” Noir sizes up her task “so are there any restrictions or anything I should consider or any tips you’d give me with this?” Noir looks to Astra a small flame on her finger tip she clicks making it spark the spark lighting the candle from a distance.

“Hmm something feels off there, I don’t know that felt too easy” Noir concentrates a little holding out her finger. The conflux of mana around her body is obvious. There is a heat emerging from her body gently the air shifting like a heat haze as she taps into her newly awakened mana for the first time and it shows like turning a tap full way it just bursts out with a great intensity as Noir grimaces giving it her all just to hold it all in.

Noir finally manages to restrain herself biting her lip using the sensation to keep herself grounded as she concentrates a small amount of mana around the candle as a whole lighting the wick once more. The exertion causes her to fall to one knee having to catch her breath “Ok uh I may have underestimated just how much mana would come out at once.” there is a curious charred smell surrounding her right now

Watching Noir play around with a simple task like lighting a candle was already quite enlightening to both parties.

Astra had to shield herself with her hands instinctively as Noir accidentally went all out, but learned to adjust herself which was quite impressive for a beginner. It didnt take long for Astra to see that Noir already exhausted herself from a simple spell. "You answered your own question it seems. The stronger the spell we use when untrained, the more stamina it consumes, no matter what race you are. As you graduate to each level, simple stuff like lighting a candle, or filling a dog bowl with fresh water, wont take up any stamina at all. Thats how the Noran magic works. You cant use powerful magic right off the bat, your powers have to graduate from each level. Your at level 1 right now, and Im only level 4. Your powers graduate to each level on their own through experience and practice, or an instructor can advance you. Its a tough system." She said as she looked at the flame that Noir had lit.

"Its a good flame, But given time, you can change its intensity and colour with ease if you wanted." She added, as she held her hand out towards Rihayals water bowl.

A blue rune appeared on the back of Astra's hand as the water began top stir. A Small ball of water lifted out of the bowl and floated over to the candle, and engulfed the flame. Then it hovered over to Noir, and suddenly froze into a small ball of snow, and plopped on her head. "Heheh, And when I say you can control aspects of the element, I do mean all aspects of the element."

[Noir]

The flame keeps burning even as the water passes over it “Oh I already figured out how to manipulate properties, its no different when I change the composition and density of my skin” She makes her arm more liquid and the flame becomes thicker and more concentrated “It looks as though on the aspected manipulation I have the advantage of instinctual building blocks” her train of thought is interrupted by a small ball of snow landing on her head causing a very noticeable shiver giving her whole body goosebumps making her whole body go rigid even her words are inflicted with shivers “Uh in f-f-future c-c-can you not do that s-s-s-so s-s-ss-udenly my body can’t h-handle sudden cold”

After dusting off the snow and letting herself warm up “You misunderstand the spell itself didn’t tire me just all that mana coming out at once like I turned on a tap at full. I had to restrain it that took more energy than the spell itself.” Noir rubs her forehead with the back of her hand “More because I could feel it just how much could spill out of I I didn’t I underestimated that aspect. Though to be fair its not like I was warned about any of this or anything kind of having to figure it out off my own back is difficult.”

Seeing how cold Noir instantly got from the small prank, Astra immediately felt guilting, and moved over, closer to noir so she could hold her in her arms. "Im so sorry, if I'd known you were sensitive to cold like that, I wouldnt of done it." She said, as she kissed Noir on the cheek.

Listening to her words, Astra's guilt got larger as she knew she would of warned Noir about the overall feeling and what might happen if she went all out. "Im so sorry Noir, I should of told you about all this before. When I asked you to start small, I didnt think you would let everything all out on the get go." She said, as she looked over to the candle, and blew it out.

"But this is why alot of magic is about experimentation. Now... Instead if instantly lighting the candle, try to get it to only smoke, but not ignite. This might be trickier, since it requires for finesse since its not fire that your directly creating, but manipulating the temperature in the wick to a certain point. " She said as she gestured to the candle she had bown out. Smoke was coming off the wick already, but it sooned stopped, ready for Noir to do her thing.

[Noir]

Noir shakes her head a little and pats Astras on the head with an understanding smile “pfft don’t beat yourself up on that one. You’re a mage not a mind reader, how could you know something that’s never been brought up?” Noir giggles “As for the magic thing keeping me in the dark is ok but for the future It might be a good idea to warn of it as by same token I would have no idea how it could have gone. Sort of how can I go small when all I know is that initial burst.” Noir shrugs “Ah well water under the bridge either way” She taps Astra on the forehead “Buzz buzz, don’t sweat the small stuff as you don’t wanna miss whats in front of you right” She says with a bright warm smile.

Noir looks at the candle wick as the smoke slowly ceases on it. “So I have to heat it up enough to make smoke but making sure it doesn’t make a flame?” Noir looks on with a very confident smirk “Now this on the other hand I know I can do” She holds out her hand Astra can feel her skin tingle as Noirs mana flows around her. The wick slowly begins to make smoke almost effortlessly Noir even spelling out her name in the smoke trail “I can do this sort of magic with my body naturally I just have to apply that to what I am doing here and its properties are like putty in my hand.”

Nodding to her first question, Astra was a bit curious to see what she could do with the task she was given. And to her surprise, Noir was up to the task.

Gently taking her hand, she could feel Noir's control of her magical aura, and she looked over to the wick. And sure enough, she started to show off again.

Spelling her name with the smoke, and boasting that it was pretty much childs play, Astra had to think of one more challenge that could give Noir something to work with. But after some deliberation, she had an idea. It was a bit of a perverted one, but it was the only thing her recently perverted mind could think of.

"Alright, if that is so easy, then I got something a lil trickier for you.... I want you to burn my ALL clothes off, but not injure me or the sofa. Hows that?" She asked as a playful grin crept across her face.

[Noir]

Noir can’t help but smirk at Astra’s proposition and licks her lips at the idea “Oh my princess what a devilish challenge you set me. Seems spreading your wings to fly has elevated your devious desires” She playfully whispers in her ears “And I am more than happy to indulge you my princess” Noir coyly winks at Astra with a bright smile seeing her willing to be so open and upfront just what Noir liked in a woman. “Then please take a seat my princess and I shall bequeath upon you my most gentle flame so that you may bare it all…….. literally”

Noir thinks about her task, sweet words and lustful desires aside she knew this was something truly difficult for her, to not only control the intensity of the flames but to also burn off specifics without allowing harm to fall to Astra or her surrounds was a truly large task. Noir doesn’t hide the nerves but also doesn’t hide the happiness that Astra would trust her so implicitly. “With a reward so beautiful failure is not an option is it?” She contrates allowing her mana to pool around her as she begins to mentally pick apart the task at hand.

Astra couldnt help but blush hard at Noir's comment and her compliment. Sitting back on the sofa, she smiled at Noir as she waited for her to figure out how to do this. If she could make wick smoke so easily, she was sure that undressing her would be a very daunting task.

"Well, I mean if you do burn me, I have ointment I could use to help heal myself, but then you wouldnt get to see me nude. So no, Failure is not an option, especially if you want me naked again." She said with her own wink as she watched her lover start to concentrate and focus. Astra had an idea to give Noir even more challenges, as she gently leaned closer towards Noir's ear, and whispered. "If you undress me successfully, We can go back to the bedroom for more fun if you'd like." She softly said, as she then actually gently blew into Noir's ear.
