"Kekeke"
BOOOM!
What was once a peaceful busy day on Metropolis Island turned into a day of chaos and mayhem in just a few moments. Smoke billowed into the air, followed by the sounds of explosions and screaming people.
From out of nowhere, the city has come under attack from nearly a dozen small green creatures. None of them seemed to speak any known language, but the sound they seemed to make was 'Kekeke'. These creatures are attacking men, women, and children alike. Slaughtering everything in their path.
"Somebody help!" a woman cried out, as one of the green creatures looked at her, made its evil chuckling sound. Its head opened up and a beam of energy was released, vaporizing the poor woman where she had stood. More screams followed, as more vehicles exploded from similar energy attacks released by the creatures...
Who will stop this genocide?
SAGA RULES IN EFFECT! This means that character death IS possible. Each of the Saibamen have over 3,000 PL as their PL.

through the panic and distress came a hero! a single woman stumbling through the streets, yawning as she had just woken up. Still in her red with white spotted pajamas, she was dragging her sword as she rubbed her eyes. "People, jeez. Its just a little genocide, Saiyans used to do it all the time." she mumbled Some man stopped running by her and grabbed her shoulders. "Run! They'll kill us all!" he yelled. She shoved him casually away. "All you, maybe." she mumbled.
She made it to where the little green bastards were raising hell. The streets were littered with rubble and bodies, a few people who had been turned to ash from their beams. There was already a few buildings on fire around them, Jaxine watching the black smoke rise into the sky. She sighed and pulled her sword up to snap it to her hip. "Alright assholes, fun's over. Time to die." she stated. She drew her sword in a flash, charging one of the Saibamen head on. With a Power Level over 17,000, she was easily five times their strength and she hadn't even dropped her weights yet.
Closing the distance in a blur that almost seemed to be an instant, Jaxine would appear next to one of these bastards with her sword already drawn and would bring it down with such force that it would more than likely obliterate the single Saibamen instantaneously. The shock-wave created from the impact may even be enough to send the remaining group flying without control. She would have to be careful not to allow any to try and surprise her or escape.
After the dust cleared, she would notice something right away... she had forgotten to beam on her combat gear and her pajamas couldn't take that kind of shockwave... This would make for an 'interesting' situation if everyone hadn't run for the hills. She grumbled to herself for a moment. Luckily her Heavy Weights survived being nothing more than a set of thin black bands on each wrist, ankle, and around her neck. Despite their small size, they each weighed many tonnes.
[[ Realized an error I made regarding her Heavy Weights being on, yet her clothing blew up. Fixed it. ]]

It had been some time since he left the woman in Central City, and while he had enjoyed her company staying in one location was not on his list of things to do. His memories had started to return at a more frequent pace over the past couple of days, and what he learned from them had allowed him to alter his way of getting around. Flying was so much more convenient than walking, and it allowed for him to get a bird's eye view of things. This was how he noticed that there was trouble brewing on an island a few miles ahead of him.
Increasing his speed, 59 made it to the city to see that a group of creatures were creating chaos all over the place, and lives were being lost. Just as he was about to intervene, someone charged up to one of the creatures with a sword. "What is it with people and swords," he muttered as he flew down to assist her.
His descent was slowed when she caused an explosion with the strike of her sword, which covered the area in a dust cloud. Continuing to float down, 59 held off on making a move until he could ascertain where all the creatures had gone to, but as he hovered above the girl that he could clearly make out now his guard didn't lower as he kept a defensive stance. Even if the remaining monsters were disoriented, it didn't mean that there weren't more lurking in the shadows.
"Not to take away from the situation at hand, but I don't suppose you have something else to where, do you?" Not that he was staring or anything, but her current attire seemed a little off given the situation. Then there was the potential that some idiot was still in the area with a camera to worry about, and he didn't think that anyone should be exploited when they were trying to save lives. "I can hold them off it you want to scavenge around for something more suitable."

Jaxine was unsure as to what had happened to her target. It was best to assume it was destroyed considering how much wen into that blow. She covered herself with one arm as she rubbed her eyes. She didn't move to re-cloth herself right away, she hadn't sensed any incoming signatures. She was most definitely planning on it once she got that one little piece of sand out of her eye. You know, the one you can just never get out. That's when she heard the male voice speak. Strangely, she didn't react as most would... simply continuing to mess with her eye. She got it after a moment.
"Sup?" she responded. She looked down on herself, then back up to the black clad man with the white hair. He had no energy signature... Jaxine knew quite a lot about Androids since the time she had been attacked by them. It wasn't clear he was one for sure... yet. "Nothing wrong with the naked body. Unless you have... insecurities." she said, putting one hand on her hip and snapping her fingers with the other. In a flash of black smoky Ki, she was re-clothed in her usual outfit.
She looked around, floating up near whats-his-name, casually surveying the area for the little green bastards as she spun the sword around in one hand. "Sooo android... come here often?" she asked. She was partly trying to be annoying, partly trying to get information on who and what he is. All she knew so far was he wasn't a pervert like that one Blue-Haired dude was. He also wore all black. Both of these things reminded her of Master NeCross. Though this guy was not as tall by any means.

About a block away from the two, the fighting continued. Those who hadn't been killed by the Saiyan and Android continued on the murderous spree, others like them seeming to come out of every nook and cranny. The town was being over run. Blood and charred remains littered the city but the two other fighters weren't the only ones here. A girl an a dog fought only a few houses away, the blood of these creatures spraying over the streets. The dog tore through them, deep growls and aggressive barks the only warnings the creatures got before sharp teeth ripped into them. Flesh was ripped from the creatures, the laughs turning into cries of pain. The girl fought along side her companion, sword drawn and bloodied. A shield made solely from ice was formed around her left arm while she wielded her sword with the right. Her grace was of a different sword. Less of a swirling, elegant dance and more of a force of steel and blood. The creatures jumped at her and she batted them away with her shield, sending them flying to the ground. One managed to get past he defenses, sinking it's claws into her pants leg. It grinned, laughing as it bared it's sharp little teeth. Before it could bite her, Zara flew at it, biting it around the neck and wrenching it off her. The creature screams soon ended as the dog removed it's head from it's body. The two shared a look before continuing to fight. They would check on each other later. For now though they had bigger problems.
Sage had left the city not long after the incident with the men in the park. Seeing the kind of attention she was apparently attracting, it seemed like a good time to move on. So she and Zara had set out, coming to this little town. The two had hardly been here for twenty-four hours. They had arrived late last night and were lucky enough to find a room at an inn. A inn which currently was up in flames. A shame really, the bed had been nice and soft. The two had slept for maybe five hours before the mayhem started. Sage would like to say that she was fine, that she was in perfect shape and ready for a fight. But honestly... she was tired. She had been wandering the planet for a month now. The two had stayed where they could, ate when they could find game or buy it. Not to mention the fact that this wasn't her first fight since coming here. Sage was tired, and it was beginning to show. Her would from the gunshot still ached slightly, though there was only a pink scar now. Her limbs felt heavier and her movements weren't as sharp as usual. She and Zara needed somewhere to really rest. And to rest safely at that. But for now, it was the fight that mattered.
Soon enough, the street they were on was cleared of the creatures. She stood there, panting slightly as Zara moved over her and sat. Sage looked at her and grinned slightly.
"You got something on your muzzle," she said. The dog gave her a look and shook her head. Blood and bits of tissue flung off her fur as she did so. With a chuckle, Sage looked to where she heard more screams and the sounds of the creatures.
"Come on, let's keep moving," she muttered. Zara nodded and the two moved through the wreckage, closer to the Android and Saiyan.

Ethar was happily gliding through the sky, looking at the waters below him when his keen senses picked up the scent of smoke and blood over the smell of the ocean.
Following his nose, He saw Metropolis Island ahead of him, covered in smoke. He immediately knew something was wrong and put on a burst of speed towards the smoking island. As he got closer and closer, he could sense various energy signatures, even some of those were of people he knew. From the air, He noticed a lone figure accompanied by a canine and figured out who it was. But what he also saw, was a large group of strange green beings were trying to sneak around Sage and Zara.
"Time to be a hero..." He thought, as he started his descent into the battlefield.
As he drew closer, he would see that the creatures jumped out in an attempt to catch Sage and Zara off guard. Putting his hands forward, he launched a volley of energy blasts that carpetbombed the creatures, just barely out of range of Sage and Zara, preventing them from being effected by the explosions. But after he bombed the creatures, he did not land just yet.
He circled the area quickly a few times, before coming down, and sliding on his feet, coming to a halt infront of Sage and Zara. His shoes left some skid marks from where he touched down, as he looked to where the creatures had been bombed, and killed. "Sage, What in gods name are those things? And are you alright?" He asked, as he saw that Sage had been through a bit already, and wasnt as picture perfect as she had been when they first met on his mountain.

As the Saibamen took casualties, they began to panic as Earths mightiest heros came to the battle, and run away... Or so it seemed.
Moments later, the Saibamen returned, and in much greater numbers! From the dozen that had started their assault, there were now 2 groups of atleast 20 sibamen. One group went after Jaxine and Android 59, while the other group began to advance on Ethars, and Sage&Zaras position.
"Kekeke!" One of them barked, some stopped to open their heads and fire energy beams at the groups of heros.

The new guy didn't have time to answer as she glanced over her shoulder. there was like... twenty of them just chillin' there. Jaxine gritted her teeth. They were just there! She didn't sense them... then again, she wasn't paying attention really. She sheathed her sword slowly for now. "Duuude." she whispered. "They're all behind us. If we whisper, they won't suspect we're plotting to murder the crap out of them. You take the ones on the left and I'll take..."
"Kekeke."
"KILL THEM ALL! GOD WILL UNDERSTAND!" she roared, throwing both hands out flat in front of her and firing a massive golden beam of energy to try and scatter them. "GOD BREAKER!" A couple might be incinerated by the power of the God Breaker, but the intention was to keep them from attacking as a unit. Jaxine appeared to be a person who wasn't very smart. It was an angle she played. The truth was, she was actually quite witty. Not one to think things out, but she was awesome at playing things out on the spot. It would actually be a better idea to stick together and eliminate one at a time. One playing executioner and one playing defense. Jaxine seemed to be more keen on keeping them mixed up and away from her. The man could use that to his advantage and strike out at the ones dumb enough to try and attack or pinpoint the stragglers.

Insecurities? That was the last thing that 59 had, but common courtesy toward a disrobed woman was definitely present. Still, it was her choice whether or not she wanted to get something else to where, which she did right before asking him a question. It seemed out of place given the situation, but he made an assumption that she was just trying to pass the time before something else came out of the shadows to attack them. Coincidentally, the girl interrupted him just as he was about to answer to let him know that they were about to be ambushed by some more of the monsters who had caused all of this destruction.
The woman started to describe a plan, but it quickly turned into a 'just blow them up' moment when she blasted the center of the group. "The one's on the left. Okay," he muttered before flying an arc that took him to the left side of the group. Extending his arm, 59 sent three Ki blasts at the first ones that he saw, and then the android flew back up to the height he was originally at in order to defend from any counterattacks that were coming his way.
"Where are these things coming from," he called out to his new acquaintance. Surely this wasn't some random species of creature that just woke up out of the blue, and even if it was there had to be a point of origin somewhere.

As they moved from the now dead creatures, Sage had no idea the blast that was coming their way. Zara, sensing it a moment early barreled into Sage, the two of them knocked away. Sage curled her body protectively over her dog as a blast came from the sky. She uncurled, standing as she stared at the remains of a few creatures—but mostly the large burnt Earth that had been mere feet from where they had stood. A moment later, a boy landed behind them. Sage whipped around, ready to skewer them through. She was met with Ethar, the boy from the mountains. The one responsible for that blast. And by the look he gave her, he obviously thought himself as some hero. Eyes red as freshly spilled blood she stalked over to him.
"Are you fucking kidding me?!" she screamed at him, grabbing his shirt with her now-free hand—her ice-shield having shattered when she fell. Her grip was tight, sharp nails ripping into the fabric, "Do you even think before acting?! We could have been killed because you decided to play hero and cast me as a gods damned damsel in distress!" She turned as the laughing of the creatures started up again. A group of them were heading toward the two. With a growl more animal then human, she snarled at the little creatures.
"Excuse me, but we're having a fucking conversation!" she snarled at them. With a sweep of her blade, ice daggers the size of fists formed, following the arc of the sword. They flew through the air, cutting clean through the center of about seven of the creatures heads, blood splattering on them. She turned back to Ethar, growling low. Her lips twitched, showing her sharp little fangs. Her anger was very beast-like in it's form, something even the men in her village had found frightening. Instead of yelling at him some more, she pushed him back, releasing his shirt. She turned toward the creatures, her ice shield forming on her arm once more as she raised her sword.
"Just stay out of my way," she snapped, each word cutting the air like a knife.

Sages reaction to Ethar coming to her aid was quite unexpected, infact it caught him off guard as she yelled at him, seemingly turning feral in the process. This made Ethar shake in his shoes a bit, but more of the green creatures interuppted Sage chewing him out about his irresponsible actions.
Sage's anger seemed to erupted a small bit, as she quickly done away with several of the creatures in here seconds.
She quickly let Ethar go, and started to go off to continue fighting the strange green creatures as she told Ethar to stay out of her way. But Ethar shook his head, and said "I don't think so Sage. You look exhausted and injured. If we work together, we can do away with this threat in a quicker manner, then you can find place to get some rest and medical attention. You sure seem like you need it." He said, still spooked over 'Feral Sage'. That look she had was something he was not going to let down, infact, he was pretty sure it would haunt his dreams for sometime to come.
He saw that after Sage had formed her ice weaponry, the remaining creatures seemed to break off their assault on Sage, and tried to go after Ethar, seeing as that he was a seemingly weaker target. Half a dozen rushed towards him, but Ethar ran over to a burning vehicle and grinned "These things look like bugs. They should be squashed like bugs." He said, as he grabbed the bumper of the vehicle. His hands dug into the metal as he lifted the heavy vehicle up, then slammed it down upon the creatures. Blood quickly sprayed out from underneath with the immense pressure.
"I can handle the clean up if you want to leave and rest Sage." He said, looking over to her as she walked towards the remaining creatures, who were utterly terrified of the girl.

One by one... Even by groups, the Saibamen were being picked off like flies before a giant can of bug spray. Jaxine and Android 59 were taking out Saibamen at a relatively frightening pace, While Sage and Ethar were slaying them like they were tissue paper. Both groups started to run away from the powerful fighters, or so it would seem.
The remaining dozen Saibamen regrouped in the middle of a street, and seemed to bow their heads towards the powerful fighters. But bowing wasnt what they were doing, but rather their heads opened up again, and started to spit globs of acid at their opponents from long range in a desperate attempt to take down the Earthling fighters.

Jaxine was punching clean through the green bastards like they weren't even there and throwing them all in a pile. It's a gamer thing, when you can pile corpses, you're going to do it. . Why would they even bother trying? It was actually boring and kind-of mind numbing how weak and useless these things were. Other than the God Breaker that had wiped out over half of the ones that she and the Androids had to deal with, she was pulling her punches to conserve energy. Hell, she even started thinking. Something sent these, and it was for either a quick cleanup job of the area... or to draw the strongest fighters in. It could even be to wear them down.
Flying upward, Jaxine seen the Android was doing good. Looking in the distance, there was Ethar and the woman with the dog from the park. "How many kills yall got?" she asked. With an over-zelous smile, she added "nevermind... I'm winning." looking down on the pile as she pulled out a jerycan and doused them with fuel before flicking a match.
The remaining things all gathered together then. Jaxine crossed her arms and raised an eyebrow. She let it play out to see what they were planning. Sure enough, it was a long-ranged attack plan. Jaxine smiled. She flew down, slamming the ground with smoky black energy that surrounded the green things like an oil puddle. out of it came a bunch of chains that would latch around each creatures legs and hold them in place. Though they might try to break free or use acid to melt them, her power and skill with Matter Manipulation made them far too dense to make escape a quick job. If someone else had a plan to block all the acid shots at once, the fighters left could finish this. "Now! Wipe the bastards out! They aren't going anywhere!" she roared.

After the assault that they had launched, 59 thought that the fight was almost over, but instead the ones that him and the feral girl regrouped with others of their kind in the center of the road. Well, those that weren't being torn apart by his new acquaintance, and he was seriously beginning to wonder about how old she was. "I don't consider what we are doing to be a game," he replied to the woman. There was no pleasure in taking the life, but there was a necessity in this. If they didn't stop them and find out where they came from, then these creatures could spread across the planet, and what they did next just reaffirmed that need.
Obviously a last stand, the monsters began launching globs of something at them, and given that none of their other actions proved peaceful the android flew in an evasive pattern until he could gain a clear shot. Then his opening came in the form of the girl grabbing them with some sort of energy that transformed into chains, but it didn't really prevent the globs that were eating away at anything that they touched. Alas, there wasn't much that he could do to stop that other than blow them up.
"Better do this in one shot then," he muttered. As he flew evasively, 59 detatched part of his left arm to reveal the cannon hidden beneath, and as he prepared for Hell's Blaze his path was weaved to right above the group. Once he was in position, he released a powerful blast of energy down at the bound group in an effort to take out those that he could, but some of these things seemed to have as many lives as cats. Either that or there were just more of them hiding in the rubble of the buildings, and with this current strategy that was utilized showed that at least a few of them had a brain. Definitely a foreboding thought.

Her anger flowed through her veins, her heartbeat loud in her ears. Her eyes hadn't returned to their saphire and gold state, the red overtaking her iris completely. She couldn't believe him. Rushing in like that to "save" her like she couldn't handle herself! Now this, suggesting that she "go and rest" while he takes care of it. She wasn't some damsel. She wasn't some faint of heart lilly. She was a fighter, a warrior, and she had the scars and skills to prove it. And after she was done with these little green bastards, she would prove it. That jackass in a tin care wouldn't know what hit him. Namely her fist into his pretty-boy nose. Before Sage could work out her anger issues on the creatures, they turned tail and ran. She stood there for a moment, not believing that they were surrendering for a second. While it's true that they had looked at her with a new found fear when she stalked closer, these things didn't seem like the retreating kind. And low and behold she was right. With a vulgar swear, Sage dropped her to her knees, tucking Zara behind her. Right before the acid hit her, a thick wall of ice shot up, shielding the two from the attack. A few droplets found their way over and she let out a small hiss of pain as a few hit her arm and tunic, eating through the material and leaving small holes. THe creatures screeched but it was only after a large boom and flash of light did she raise her head from behind the wall. Most of the creatures had been obliterated, the remaining two or three shaking off chains. Sage's eyes rose and flickered back to blue as she saw the white-haired boy as well. He was flying above them and had obviously delivered the attack. Not far from him, the scantily clad woman from the park lay. It looked like she had been caught off guard and thrown back by either the acid or the blasts. And while she looked like she had been knocked out , she seemed otherwise unhurt. If I was more paranoid, I'd think they were following me... Sage looked over her shoulder at Zara.
"You okay Zar?" she asked softly. The dog gave a nod, standing. Sage followed in suit, the wall of ice shattering as she dismissed it. She walked forward, sword in hand. One of the remaining ones dived at her. With a slash, it's head fell separate from it's body. She glanced over at the boy, nodding.
"Good to see you again," she said simply.
